The master suite is elegantly furnished with a queen size bed, larger dresser, night stands, walk in closet, and your own sliding glass door providing access to the backyard patio. The master bath has lots of natural light, his and her sinks and a good size shower.
The beautifully decorated guest bedroom has a full size bed, dresser and night stand. The guest bath includes a tub/shower. There is plenty of privacy and room to spread out as the rooms are located on opposite ends of the home.
The home also features a totally stocked kitchen, attached two car garage, small office, laundry area, water softener, and gas grill on the back patio.
The house is in the Green Valley Recreation area which for a very small fee gives you access to all facilities and amenities: pools, hot tubs, tennis, shuffleboard, and fitness facilities. There are seven golf courses in the area for your enjoyment. The area abounds with great outdoor appeal for the person who wants to spend days hiking or just enjoy being away from the sounds of the city.
Rental includes local phone service, basic cable TV, and all utilities. High speed internet is available, but not included. San Ignacio Vista II is age-restricted; one person must be over 55. You won't regret taking advantage of this very clean, well kept home.
