Huge, multi layered deck overlooks the water so you can enjoy the relaxing sunsets each evening. In addition, the yard gives way to the boat dock on which you can fish or paddle over to the sandbar for a swim. You can even launch your own kayaks/canoes from the dock.. The beach is just a block away and is one of the primary surfing spots in this area & there is a view of the ocean from the home! At the beach you can enjoy a picnic on the sand and watch local surfers ride waves! There is a public boat ramp around the corner from the the home where you can easily access a launching point for your own personal watercraft. Local restaurants and bars are just a short drive down A1A in either direction. Marineland is about 2-3 miles South and St. Augustine a 15-20 minute drive down scenic A1A. This is a large, comfortable home in which to enjoy your vacation!
