We are pleased to offer THE BEST LOCATION ON THE ISLAND for the money. Only 150 yards from the beach, our villa is situated on a private, pristine lagoon. Relax on the back porch with a cool drink and watch the abundance of wildlife play in the pond. Golf and tennis, the Straw market and the new West beach pool complex are just a few steps away. And when you are done playing, come home to your quiet retreat. If you value privacy, this is the place for you. We are an end unit, surrounded by nature, no bike paths or beach walkers out the back door. Unlike many of the island condos, there are very few steps in and out of our villa.
Inside you will find all the amenities a discriminating vacationer has come to expect- a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, washer, dryer, walk-in shower with pulsating shower head, linens, DVD player, TVs in living room and bedroom, and high speed internet. Renting through us also entitles you to Kiawah Island Resort Privileges, i.e. free use of the Resort pools, discounted golf and tennis along with preferred tee and court times, discounted recreational activities, free use of the work-out center and free shuttle service around the island.
Come, join us for a relaxing, unforgettable, beach vacation!

What a great time we had at this wonderful villa on the beautiful island of Kiawah! The pictures do not do the villa justice. Very clean, comfy, well stocked--everything we needed was supplied. The view is great even tough it was too cool and rainy for the GATOR to come out!! I enjoyed watching the ducks and squirrels. My grandson was in a golf tournament at one of the courses on Kiawah, so this was a perfect location. I will definitely be back! Diana North Augusta, SCDid you find this review helpful? My husband and I rented this place for our honeymoon. We were blown away by how nice the villa was. Anything we needed was at our fingertips, the kitchen was lacking nothing. The resort itself was absolutely wonderful! The beach was uncrowded and you could walk out in the water for ages. We were at the resort over 4th of July and the resort does a great fireworks show! We spent a day exploring a plantation and other sights in Charleston - which was such a neat experience. We really enjoyed our honeymoon at this Villa.Did you find this review helpful? It was our first time to the island and we will definitely be back. The unit is just perfect for one couple or a couple with a small child. Its the IDEAL location compared to the other Courtside units. Its easy to get to, plenty of parking. Its a five minute walk to the beach and the beach-side Straw Market which has a southern kitchen diner and little gift shops. As a guest in this unit, you are entitled to all the "resort privileges" which some guests do not have on the island. This includes pool access and free shuttle bus services. Unfortunately, the closest swimming pool was about 2 miles away, but the resort is currently building a new pool which will be a 5 minute walk. Due to open summer of 2012. The best thing about this unit is the privacy. The back patio is screened in and overlooks a private lagoon covered in spanish moss, oak trees, palm trees and wildlife. Its literally a panoramic view of this little lagoon. It was so relaxing, my wife and i just sat back there with a drink and watched the birds, alligators, deer, etc, pass by during the day and we'd listen to the chirpers at night. Very peaceful spot. The unit was clean, comfortable and modern. We only had a couple minor complaints, The shower curtain rod was completed corroded in rust, even flaking rust onto the floor which was gross. One of the beach chairs was broken and the other was in poor shape. Also, there was no beach umbrella in the unit that we could find. Other than that, we were happy that we had hot water and working appliances.Owner response: Owning property several states away can be challenging. We hire a rental company whose responsibilities include maintenance of the property. But they don't always see what the guest sees. Winter 2012 we completely remodeled the tub area converting it to a walk-in tiled shower. We have delete the umbrella and chairs from our listing.

My husband and I stayed at your condo for a weekend in May for a wedding. This location was perfect, very close to the beach, equally as close to the reception and tucked into a private lagoon. The condo itself is very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and wonderful space to enjoy. I enjoyed spending a few hours on the back porch. Hoping to get back there soon and will certainly stay with you. Thank you for everything.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

I stayed at this property for the month of January 2010. I'm from Erie, PA and even though it was one of the coldest January's on record in SC it was still a very welcome change from the cold Erie weather. The condo had everything and I was especially impressed by how well the kitchen was equiped. Everything was there. The condo was very comfortable, a very short walk to the beach and so close to the Straw Market. What I enjoyed most was the abundance of wildlife that came to the two lagoons located just outside the condo. It was a wonderful way to spend the month of January. I could have stayed another two months. I hope to do this again soon. I also have to note that the ower provided excellent customer service, checking with me via email when I arrived regarding the accommodations, etc. She was excellent to work with.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed in this villa for the fourth time in early January '09, and once again found it delightful. We had come to expect spotlessly clean, very comfortable accommodations, and found them once again. I was surprised, though, that I'd forgotten how beautiful and tranquil the surroundings are -- a tropical lagoon, lots of wildlife, and privacy. The owners are very responsive and thorough; the location, just a short walk from the beach and the Straw Market (think morning papers, afternoon bike rides and evening ice cream!). We don't play tennis or golf, but we love the island and the villa.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

What you see in the pictures minus the blue rug are as advertised. Amenities were all there and in working order. Ceiling fans would have been an inprovement to the property. Beach access was close. If you play tennis this is the rental for you. The pond alligator and a couple of smaller ones showed up. We had rain everyday except the day we left. We didn't eat in any of the restuarants on Kiawah, we did have an excellant meal at a little place called the FAT HEN on the Maybank Hwy. I'm not sure that I would come back to Kiawah very restrictive on where you can go and park on the island. If that is what you like this is the place for you.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.
Owner response: The blue rug as seen in the picture was replaced by a neutral colored one.
