Our Luxurious Detached house is located on the Elegant Emerald Island Resort. The property has unrestricted views over a stunning Lake to the rear of the property which enables you to have extra privacy as we are not overlooked by other properties. Our house will provide you with everything you will need for a Magical Disney Vacation. Our villa is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED and comprises of 6 spacious bedrooms, four of which have King Size Beds with en-suite facilities and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The Master Bedroom is located on the ground floor. All bedrooms have a TV and in the lounge you will find a large TV with a DVD player. In our home is also a Playstation 2 with games. We have Wireless High Speed Internet and free local telephone calls. In two of the bedrooms you will find a hairdryer.
There is a beautiful pool with a heated hot tub attached. There is an extended lanai with ceiling fans. For your comfort we have included many sun loungers, tables and chairs. We have also incorporated a safety gate the length of the pool which can go up or down to stop any younger children entering the pool area. The pool is south facing and is 3ft in the shallow end going up to 5ft in depth in the deep end, there is lighting in and out of the pool.
Our Property has an extended breakfast bar, and a fully fitted kitchen, with all of the appliances that you could possibly need, including an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher a huge refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. A separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board/iron and clothes airer. We provide plenty of linen and towels, and also provide towels for around the pool.
A fully fitted air conditioned games room with a full size pool table, darts, table air hockey and board games for your enjoyment along with a table and chairs for you all to gather around to cheer each other along!!
For the comfort of the little people in your family we also provide a full size crib/bedding, highchair, stroller for you to use free of charge.
We have worked closely with our Interior Designers and our Management Company to use high quality furnishings and fabrics throughout our home which is attractive, practical and comfortable to all.
Guests are welcome to use the Resorts Clubhouse with a community pool, bar, games room, playground, fitness room, high speed internet cyber café, and volleyball court. They also provide a Concierge Service for any Dining or any other local information you will require. Emerald Island also has a shuttle service to the local parks for a small charge, please enquire at the Clubhouse.
Upon entering this gated community with 24 hour security you will find palm tree lined streets you will pass four playful dolphins spurting water among the 300 acres of beautiful vegetation full of plant and floral life of Florida it is very tranquil and peaceful and here is just what is needed after a long day at the many parks.
