Our home in Mission Beach is perfect for families, small groups or couples looking for a place in the heart of Mission Beach. With the beach and bay just steps out the door and the boardwalk filled with activities year round, there is always something to do for everyone! If you want a nice, relaxing beach vacation…we have all the beach gear you’ll need, like boogie boards, chairs, coolers, beach towels, and umbrella…even toys for the kiddies! If you’re bringing the whole family, we have fun for all ages! Belmont Park is right across the street, so make sure to ride the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster while you’re here! SeaWorld is less than 5 minutes away too!
To make you stay even more enjoyable, we have a flat screen TV with HD, and music channels for all styles, genres and tastes! High speed internet is also available. Our kitchen was recently remodeled and has granite counter tops and all appliances are top notch, like stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker…we even have a patio with seating for 4 with a grill outside that you can use at your leisure! (the patio is shared between 4 units) We have all the cooking essentials too, like pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware and more! You'll feel like you're home!
Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, with Egyptian cotton sheets, plus the master also has a futon for someone to sleep on. The sofa in the living room also pulls out to accommodate additional sleeping arrangements. We can sleep up to 7 comfortably! We also have a Graco Pack N Play for those traveling with small children, as well as a highchair/booster seat.
Both bathrooms have travertine stone, and we provide all fresh linens, bath towels, and extra pillows and blankets.
Parking can be tough in Mission Beach, so we have 1 assigned parking spot available for you to use during your stay! We also have laundry on site for you to use if needed, and it’s free!
Cafes, restaurants, shopping, Belmont Park…its all right across the street! The bay is just steps out the door and the beach is right across the street (about a 20 second walk and you’re toes will be in the sand). The beach is beautiful! Clean, safe, and tons of activities to do like surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking...and of course sand games!

Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
This location is in the heart of mission beach! We love that you don't need a car to get a round! The bay is right out the door, the beach is a 20 second walk across the street....we have the best of both worlds! Sometime we prefer to have a more relaxing afternoon on the bay, with a picnic and sometimes we want some beach excitement with waves and beach activities like surfing, boogie boarding and horseshoes! There are great restaurants and shops all with in walking distance. we love the nightlife too! We really have it all!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We keep our place fully stocked with everything you could want if you lived there! We have all the beach gear needed, like towels, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, umbrellas... and toys for the little kiddies too! We even some some beach games to bring to the beach! If you feel like cooking a home cooked meal, we have plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils needed! We even have a grill outside that you can use at your leisure! Our bedrooms have top quality mattresses and bedding (we want you to sleep good after a hard day at the beach). The living room is great for watching your favorite show or movie (we have a DVD player) on our flat screen TV. We also have high speed internet....we also have laundry on site too. We have everything that you could need or want for your beach vacation!

We purchased this property because we vacation in mission beach often and just love the area! We love how relaxed the vibe is and the beach scene is awesome! Its makes us feel young and youthful! We just returned from a trip to San Diego and stayed in this beautiful condo. Our group of eight was comfortable -- we didn't feel like we were stepping all over each other. It's clean, equipped with everything you would need (the kids loved the boogie boards!) and so close to the beach! We'll definitely be booking it for our next California trip!

This freshly remodeled condo had everything you need in vacation accommodations. Nicely furnished with all needed items for day to day living (kitchen, laundry services, linens, TV/Internet). Walking distance to Mission Beach dining, shopping and of course the beach and bay! Top notch service provided and easy to communicate with. I look forward to my next California escape!

I had a great time away from busy city life. I just parked the car and walked everywhere, to beach, the bar, the roller coaster and Roberto's Mexican Food. The rental was recently renovated and immaculate. There were plenty of open parking for my friend to drive down to meet up for the weekend. We had a great time and will soon be back to lovely San Diego again. Would recommend this rental for a great escape to the ocean.

This was my family's first experience renting a bungalow, so we did not know what to expect. We got a great deal and when we got there we were extremely pleased. We were literally steps away from the bay and a block away from the beach. It was in a great location. We found staying on the bay side to be much more quieter than the ocean side. The ocean was a block walk away and it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The pictures taken on site were exactly what we got, there were no surprises. The unit was super clean with plenty of towels, pillows, linens, and everything you need to make home cooked meals. There are beach cruiser bikes, boogie board, and beach toys available for kids as well. We watched Sea World fireworks by the bay every night. It's a great affordable place to stay that feels like home. We have recommend this bungalow to everyone we know. We can't wait to get back!

We were disappointed by this property. The location is great but there is more of a feel of a downstair appartament rather then a condo feel. The place's entrance is under the stairs that leads upstairs to a another unit. The patio is not inviting nor functional as it sits in a small corridor leading to the appartament and it was found dirty and occupied by many bicycles. The place inside is as the pictures show but it is also very dark and there are practically no views as the apartamnet is squeezed in two other buildings. You can hear any noise from upstairs too. The manager tried to be helpful and she was overall nice but I would not rent this place again unless you did not care about all of matined above. Location is great and Mission Beach is beautiful just a few steps away. There was no pleasure in hanging out or relaxing in this appartment whatsoever. I wish I could be more positive because I was looking to really enjoy my mini vacation but that was not the case.

Lots of pillows, linens for everyone. Big flat screen TV, internet access. If you like to walk, head north on boardwalk to Crystal Pier (Pacific Beach) for the best and least expensive breakfast anywhere - Kona's! Be sure to see if there is a table behind (ocean side) of the souvenir shop right across from this hot breakfast spot. Go outside each evening to the bayside of the condo to watch the fireworks display at Sea World.

My large family (5 kids and 2 adults) stayed here and everything was wonderful! We had a great time in San Diego, the property was perfectly located and extremely reasonable in price. Would certainly stay there again and am thrilled with how professional everything was handled. Can't wait to go back - excellent stay!

We stayed here as a group of 5 young adults (23 - 25). The condo is very clean and taken care of. Close to everything, the beach, the bars etc. Great for a family or a group of friends.. The neighbors are a great bunch of people. It was an absolute pleasure.

We stayed last year (2009) and it was a really pleasant stay. We were walking distance to the bay which was calm enough for the small children, and then we walked across to the beach for the sunsets. We were relatively close to everything and walked comfortably to Belmont Park. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.
