It feels like home. The property sets on a street that dead ends in to the complex. You will be within 50 yards of 2 tennis courts, 2 outdoor pools, plenty of gas grills. And when you want to experience the Atlantic simply enjoy an easy 4 minute walk.

A very nice place to stay!

The unit is extremely spacious, updated and in excellent repair. The rooms are large; so are the bathrooms! The back porch over looks a small retention pond that's great to sit our on and take it all in. There is also highspeed internet located on the quarters and I am told it will be coming to the individual units soon, too. The unit itself is located 30 yards from the heated pool, a jungle gym for your kids and gas grills. Another, unheated, pool is located 50 yards the other direction next to the tennis courts. The beach is less than a 5min walk away. Coligney plaza is a short walk away, or an even shorter bike ride away. Here, you'll find plenty to do in terms of shopping and dining opportunities. There are also two grocery stores located in the same area. There's really is no reason to get your car out! The owners are accomodating and good people to deal with, too! For your dollar, you really can't do any better than this! Thanks again!
