We have vacationed in Arizona for 30 years and have been looking for property for the last 10 and when we saw this one, we both knew it was exactly what we have been waiting for. We Love the pond and the view of the mountain and the golf course.

We have visited friends in Tucson for the last several years and have enjoyed the area more than anywhere else in Arizona. Its not as big and busy as Phoenix, yet it has everything we want.

We love sitting on the private patios having a cocktail, coffee or a meal. You truly feel like you are secluded in a bird sanctuary. Hummingbirds, quail, doves, ducks, too many to mention. Playing golf, hiking and touring. This is NOT a condo that you have shared walls.
