Our new raised beach house sleeps 16 max., private pool in fenced back yard, near beach, and completed in Jan. 2009! 2-min. walk to beach! You can see ocean from front yard! Many 2011 weeks open! Oct. - March weeks open for $900 total (includes discount)! All rates include utilities, taxes, clean linens and towels and house is pro cleaned before and after your stay. Weekly rentals from Sat. to Sat. from April-Sept. Our newest rental home is a new 2009 2-story 4BR/4.5 BA raised beach house, approximately 2 min. walk to ocean, newly furnished, sleeps 16 (8 beds), new 5000-gallon private pool with jets (~20’ x 10‘ x 5‘ deep) fenced in back yard. Outdoor shower and spigot with house in front yard. Backyard pool great for sunning all day! 5 Color cable tvs in house. New Cabana with outdoor night lighting over 2 picnic tables, and under back porch, beside pool with new beachy decor. Pool has 6 lounge chairs and 12 chairs. New Pilot Rock charcoal grill installed in front yard in 10/11!
Located in Garden City Beach, SC. Approx. 5-min. drive to south Myrtle Beach. House located between Surfside Beach Pier and Garden City Beach pier. Exceptionally nice, near ocean raised beach house, sleeps 16 max. at 126A Woodland Dr.
Property Description: Rental house is on 12' stilts, 1 block from ocean, approximately 2-minute walk to beach! House is privately owned and within walking distance to the oceanfront Conch Café restaurant. Our house portion is on the east side (126A) closest to beach of the 126 Woodland Townhouse Horizontal Property Regime or Duplex.
Our rental house has three porches (two in front and one in back), private pool, 4 large bedrooms (2 master suites), 4.5 full baths (3 upstairs and 1.5 downstairs) and sleeps 16 (8 beds). Covered 4-car parking under house. New hardwood floors in den, dining and kitchen areas. 2600 heated square feet, 2800 total square feet. Lot size is approx. 5550 square feet. New house was built and completed in 1/09. Painted in 'Beachy' Bermuda colors.
House was never lived in prior to new owners - Hines purchasing it in August 2009 and renting it (weekly rentals from April through September, and monthly rentals from October through March). All furniture, appliances, decor, pool, everything in home is brand new!

My family and I stayed at Ocean's Ten this past week. We have rented this house the past three years and take it from me you cannot go wrong with renting this house or from this owner. The house is immaculate and has all the amenities you could ask for. The owner makes the rental process extremely easy which helps to get your vacation started off right.Owner response: Thanks Aaron! My family and I have rented this house from the owner for the past three years. The property looks just as gorgeous as it did on our first visit in 2010 when the house had just been built. The owner takes great pride in maintaining his properties to the highest standard and keeps updating them year after year. This year we noticed additional seating at the pool and other amenities that were nice to haves. The owner is one of the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The ease of renting the property and the check-in/check-out process make it seem like a home away from home for your spectacular week of relaxation. I highly recommend this property and this owner.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Our stay at this home was absolutely fabulous. The house was perfectly situated - a short walk to the beach, lovely pool in the backyard and nearby attractions easy to reach. I stayed at the house with my husband, children and grandchildren and every one of us had the best time. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Our stay for the week of July 23rd thru the 30th was great. Absolutely loved this house. It was more than I expected, pictures does not give this house justice. The walk to the beach was not bad. I would recommend this place to anyone. All the members of my family really enjoyed having their own room with a private bath. Hope to return again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is our second year of staying at Ocean's Ten. This house is absolutely beautiful and the owner continues to improve and upgrade the property. This house has everything you need from ample bedrooms and bathrooms to multiple decks and a great outdoor pool. Don't forget you are very short walk to the beach in a very nice neighborhood. You are close to all the attractions in the area and just a short trip down to historic Georgetown. The owner takes pride in his properties and is very easy to work with and contact. There is not a better value our there. The owner provides a flat rate for everything including cleaning and linens so you don't have to worry about any surprise charges. Thanks for sharing your property with us for a second year, we hope to make it a third!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We rented from Mr. Hines this past July. This house is great. Very spacious, the bedrooms were huge. We had 3 families and everybody had more than enough room. Walk to the beach was not bad either. Has a place to park your golf cart right at the beach access. Mr Hines was very easy to deal with.Owner response: Thanks Angie! We are constantly improving our 10 rental homes every year. My mom, stepdad, sister, her family and my family stayed comfortably in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed from utensils to coffee maker to washer/dryer. The walk to the beach was short and all of the kids were able to walk the whole way!! Those of you with kids can appreciate that!! The only downside to this property was the no pet rule. We have 2 pups that love the water but had to stay in PA. All in all it was a wonderful vacation and the house was just right!! Thanks!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We stayed in this house from 6/19-6/26/2010 during our vacation in Garden City Beach, SC. This was our first time renting a home from Mr. Hines, but it was a great experience. He is extremely easy to work with from booking the reservation to check-in to offering great owner discounts! The house is immaculate and really feels like home once you check-in. The bedrooms are spacious and each has it own private bath. The master bedroom is as large as some hotel rooms and has a great private deck for enjoying your morning coffee. There was always plenty of seating in the open living/dining/kitchen areas which has great hardwood floors and access to another nice deck. The kitchen contains brand new appliances and plenty of cooking utensils. Our chef in the family loved the kitchen!! The pool area has a large deck and patio area with plenty of seating. The pool which quickly became our favorite place to hangout was what made the house complete. The water was always refreshing and provided a nice break from the beach. Speaking of the beach it was an easy two minute walk from the house making it very convenient for multiple trips during the day. With parking for several cars under the house and convenient access to 17 Business there is no reason not to rent this house.
