This amazing unit is on the 12th floor of Emerald Towers in the heart of Destin. You are directly gulf front so the views are stunning and the beach is only steps away. The building is private and secure with gate access into the complex as well as gate access from the beach. There are two tennis courts on property, a fun beach side pool and a fitness center.
This unit has been recently remodeled in April of 2009. We added 6 flat screen TV's, 3 Blu-Rays and surround sound. Ceiling fans were added to both bedrooms for guest comfort. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and has plenty of cookware so that you can cook in when you want.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Towers
I actually met Bruce when he was buying this unit with Jeff. Jeff and Bruce were looking for rental investments and after much research in the Destin area decided on Emerald Towers. We started using the unit more and more and it became much more like our home than a rental investment. Starla and Kevin became our our new partners as of 2009 and they are bringing a new excitement to the place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Since we live in Destin we do not stay at our unit as much as our partners. But when we do "get away" to the unit my favorite thing is the view. Every time I walk into the unit I am always blown away by the view. We try to keep the doors open as much as we can for the sound of the gulf. Also being able to walk down to the beach is a huge plus. We have recently added 6 flat screen TV's, 3 Blu-Ray's and surround sound. I am ready to go watch a movie on the 50" HDTV and enjoy the surround sound.

Hi. My name is Kym Morriss. My husband Bruce and I own this Emerald Towers unit with our friends Kevin and Starla Adamson and Jeff Trump. Bruce and I live in Destin in the Sandestin Resort. We have a 7 year old daughter and a cat named Elvis. Kevin and Bruce are "hot shot" lawyers in Atlanta and Kevin is also a sports agent, Starla is a nurse manager at Egelston Children's Hospital in Atlanta and Jeff Trump owns the restaurant Brooklyn Cafe in Sandy Springs. Oh, and I guess my job is renting out this unit.
