121 12th Street is a gorgeous three story house. Front master bedroom has a King, back master a King bed, both have private baths and are located on the third level. The guest bedroom has a Queen, there is a third bath on the second level with the guest Queen bedroom, kitchen, dining room and the living area.

A grill is provided. The garage is large enough for a boat and a truck. House backs up to the natural dunes. A great place for wildlife watching, it has not been damaged by a cut through to the beach. You can access the beach by driving from the house to either Lantana Drive or Avenue G. From the decks you have fantastic views of the Horace Caldwell Pier and the Corpus Christi Ship Channel.
Bright decor and large open floor plans make this home the perfect get-away. You are close to 'Old Town Port A' and many of our local activities take place less than a mile from this house.

The pictures of this property are nice, but do not show the true value of rental! The rooms are wide and well furnished. The view is beyond gorgeous from the living room deck and the master suite. We spent mornings watching the waves and sunrise, evenings enjoying the breeze. Have never been this relaxed ever. The property manager is very courteous, gave us several recommendations on shopping, fishing and dining. House is a bit hard to locate because of being set back away from the street, but honestly, this makes it even better. You are in your own peice of island paradise. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining area is great with lots of windows. Would be the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter dinner even. Completely recommend this rental to anyone with a mid-size family, or two couples with a child each. It has a huge garage so you don't have to leave your cars out in the salt air. Downtown Port Aransas is very close. We drove because it was hot, but you can ride a bike easily. You have to drive to the beach, but who cares, it is less than a mile. The view from the house, if you don't want to get sandy, just stay at the house! Don't walk through the yard, the neighbor next door is VERY possesive of his yard and will not be nice about trespassers. There is one drawback, the stairs are straight up, and tiny.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.
