If you have never been to Marco Island, you are missing a wonderful vacation experience. As your cross over the Judge Jolly Bridge approaching the Island, the view is breathtaking. It is called the "Gotcha" bridge because it "gets you" each time you go over it. You just want to come back again and again.

Year Purchased: 2005
We are Patty and Tom Gallagher and moved here from New Jersey in 2004. We love living in this area with its beautiful palm trees and colorful flowers. The sun shines all year long and keeps you in good spirits. No doom and gloom here! Tom is a retired Captain from NJ law enforcement agency and Patty works full-time in Naples as a commercial Property Manager. We are proud to share our little "Piece of Paradise" with others.
Why the Owner Chose Marco Villas
A good friend offered her condo to us to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. As we drove over the Judge Jolly bridge, we were struck by the breathtaking view. We purchased our first rental condo before we left that week. We rented the condo during season, and each time we vacationed in it, it got harder and harder to leave. After 12 years as vacationers, we moved down full-time to a house in 2004. We have made wonderful friends who have become like family. Although working full-time, that "vacation" is still available every weekend as we head over the bridge into Marco.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Marco Villa's 9 ft. deep, heated pool is known as the deepest pool on Marco Island. Our Condo Manager, Kathy, enhances the community spirit we're known for by entertaining our seasonal guests and residents with her famous poolside brunch every Tuesday.
