Hi... Being a professional interior designer, I brought in my gifted contractors and did a home make over when I purchased this home 2 years ago. I have since received many complements on how good it feels to be in this house. It is freshly painted throughout with several specialty touches.
The upgraded kitchen has new Ceasarstone countertops and stainless steel appliances and sink with RO water and garbage disposal. Hello, My name is Dawn. I am originally from Lansing, Michigan, and have lived in beautiful sunny Arizona for 15 years. I have been a professional Interior Designer for 30 years. I have been fortunate to travel quite extensively in the U.S. and abroad. Frankly, that is why I appreciate the beauty of Sun City Grand and it's amenities that I have personally enjoyed here for the past two years. I love being able to continue my active lifestyle in this 55+ community. I am in a position to rent out my lovely home at this time, and know my tenants will love it!
