The property was in excellent shape and clean when we arrived. The owner was very attentive checking in with us during our stay and once after. The location was great for a family, Just a short drive from beaches, restaurants etc. It was a great area and we felt even more secure because it was a gated community with a security guard. The master bedroom and bath were beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had never stayed in one place for an entire month before but we'll certainly do it again. We just loved this condo. Mike & Nancy have thought of everything to make this home away from home the perfect place to stay. It's bright & colorful, clean & homey. They even have a notebook made up with all the local restaurants, places to shop, attractions & beaches listed. Mike & Nancy are so easy to work with. Any questions are answered immediately. We just loved the pool & it's so close. We met so many people down there & became friends with many. Especially the snowbirds. There's so much to do & it's so easy to get around in Ft Myers I could easily stay here for months. We found a great variety of restaurants. One of our favorites was Ford's Garage, downtown. They serve the best gourmet burgers! And the shopping...wow. There's nothing you can't find. The beaches are just stunning & this condo has plenty of beach chairs to use. We'd recommend this home to anyone, we loved it.

Our first experience renting a property online for our vacation. It was a wonderful experience overall. From the first inquiry when Mike called me to provide further information to immediately emailing us before we had returned home (long drive). Everything was provided for us. All we had to do was bring ourselves, our swim suits and buy groceries. We actually stayed in a couple of nights and cooked. The condo is lovely and we couldn't have asked for a nicer location. Close to the beach but away from the craziness of spring break. We will definitely recommend to our friends and look forward to returning some time. Thanks for everything!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great Vacation!

We rented for the month of Jan 2012 and had a great time! Mike and Nancy really have a great rental unit and fully equipped for all outdoor activities! The place is spacious and very comfortable. Close to the beaches and a great pool on the premises. Also close to great restaurants, parks and shopping. We had our dogs with us and a great dog park is nearby too! Thanks Mike and Nancy....planning our trip for next year already!!

Fantastic Rental

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and were really impressed with the home. It was very clean and had everything you would have in your own home, from spices to movies, to games, all cutlery and linens were in place as well. The community is great, neighbours are all friendly. We spent most our time either at the beach, pool, or shopping. The location is great, the beach, outlet malls and hundreds of restaurants are close by. My family liked it so much that we purchased a townhouse in the same complex. Mike and Nancy were great and I highly recommend staying at there place.

I am hesitant to give this an excellent rating, simply because I am giving away a secret that I want to keep to myself. I can't begin to describe how much we enjoyed our visit. Thanks to your lovely townhouse our visit was amazing. It was everything you described and more. It was our first VRBO experience and will not be our last. We have given up hotels. Everything you need is provided. What was especially appreciated were the beach accouterments: beach chairs, umbrella, pails, floaties, and even a cooler for snacks which is essential. You have anticipated everything that we needed. It was the perfect size and the fact that there is a pool to finish the day after the beach was wonderful, We found it to be a perfect location. It was easy to access Miromar outlets, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva and Bonita Beach and much more. It was nice to return to a nice quiet community after a day in more touristy areas. Everything was perfect and we hope to return next year. Thanks Mike and Nancy!

This is a beautiful condo, with lots of extras to make your stay comfortable. We couldn't have picked a better rental for the week. The owners are extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. We were attending a baseball tournament during our stay and the condo was close to all of the ball fields. We also did some shopping and dining out and you are close to just about anything you can think of to do. I would definitely recommend this condo. My thanks go out to Mike and Nancy for such a beautiful place to stay and making us feel welcome in it.

I stayed here for 6 months over the winter to work at one of the hospitals in the area, and this was such a great place to live. It's close to everywhere you'll want to go, and the house has everything in it you would ever need. Great furnishings, great layout, quality appointments galore. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and gated, which is nice. The pool is good sized, although we didn't really use it because the beach is SO close...just a quick little drive down the road. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Fort Myers area. Mike and Nancy are wonderful hosts, providing us with maps, points of interest, and things to do and see. They were easily available for any of our needs, which were minimal. The garage is also stocked with all manner of beach toys. Definitely check out this place, you'll love it! :)

Mike and Nancy Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. What a wonderful and relaxing vacation my family and I had. Your condo had everything that we could possibly need plus more. Condo was cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. The owners called us upon arrival and made sure that everything was up to our expectations which I thought was very nice. Loved the location of the condo, near shopping, restaurants and beach!! Great place to stay

The condo was more than I expected. I have stayed in condos in Florida and South Padre and this was the best by far. I always bring supplies I think I will need and was pleasantly surprised to see that many of those things were furnished by the owners. The kitchen was well supplied. The beach toys, chairs, etc is more than I have ever seen in any other condo. The condo is well kept, and tastefully furnished as well as very comfortable. It truly felt like a "home away from home." The pool in the complex is very nice. The location is great, close to beaches, shopping and lots of great places to dine. We took the kids to Sun Splash, a water park in nearby Cape Coral and they LOVED it. Of course they loved the five hours we spent at Fort Myers Beach one Saturday just as much. Great location, great place to stay. Thanks for everything Nancy and Mike.

This condo is everything listed on the web and more. We had several guest couples visit during our stay that have rented condos in Florida for several years and they all thought this one was one of the best they had seen for the money. It is very well located in a great neighborhood near to shopping, the beaches,the Twins and Red Sox Spring training sites,Bonita Springs and excellent restaurants. Mike and Nancy are easy to work with and very attentive to your needs. The condo is well maintained and equipped. We usually winter in Arizona, but if we return to Florida someday, this condo would be at the top of our list. Enjoy. Ed and Becky

this was our first time to rent a condo in florida, and we were anxious to see if the condo matched the website description. Needless to say, we were exceedingly surprised, and it far exceeded our expectations. Everything was wonderful and the attention to details ensures that you are in for a great stay and experience. Not only was the condo wonderful, but it has access to great restaurants, and the beach is very close. thanks for a wonderful Christmas, and we so appreciate Mike & Nancy's efforts to make our stay so wonderful. Mike and Nancy, thank you so much for the perfect accommodations for our yearly get-away. we have stayed at many other locations throughout the years and your property was THE BEST by far. Every detail was as described by the two of you. A great feature was when our grandchildren came over for a visit and were able to take advantage of the many movies you have supplied to us, such a great amenity. Everyone enjoyed the pool and all the facilities were exactly as you both had described. We will be emailing you shortly to reserve your place once again next October, of all the years we vacation in the area (our children and grandchildren live there) this will be the first time we stay at the same location, that is how much we loved it.
