My name is P.Philip Kelley....My interest in trains goes way back 1969 beginning on the Boston & Maine Railroad. Then, Amtrak and MBCR. So I've had it in my blood. There are over 126 years of railroading in my family....my father, grand father, and GR. GRANDFATHER!!!
Why the Owner Chose North Conway
This caboose is 101 years old, and has been professionally restored. For a single person or one couple, this is a wonderful place for a vacation...particularly if you have an interest in the Railroad, and trains in general! ~ You'll be able to see a true "ROUNDHOUSE", and purchase a ticket to ride a dinner train, if you should so desire! The fall is a wonderful time of year to be here...the trees are amazing with their color, and taking a train ride through the notch during foliage season, is breathtaking!
The Unique Benefits of this Estate
Within walking distance of the whole village of N. Conway, including the Saco River, shops along the main street, and the best dining in the area!! It's a short walk to the movie theater and the golf course is just a few minutes walk!! ~ Once you're settled in, you really won't need that car unless you're doing some sight seeing, which is encouraged, as this area is one of the BEST! ~
