Beautiful home located near the Marco Marina. It is situated on a wide canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The magnificent sunsets, wide sandy beaches and the warm water of the Gulf of Mexico make Marco Island a much desired destination for vacationers.
It is a lovely two bedrooms + den / two bath heated pool home with boat dock.
The master & guest bedrooms have king sized beds, plus there are bunk beds in the large den. There is hard wood flooring throughout the bedrooms, den, living and dining rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have beautiful tiled floors. The living room has comfortable leather couches and a flat screen TV with DVD. The pool & lanai area have southern exposure which means sun most of the day.
