Johnson Ranch, located in Queen Creek, Arizona, is a suburb located south east of the city of Phoenix. Rated as one of the top 10 communities of the U.S.A. it offers an 18 hole golf course, pitch and put golf course for the kids, a catch and release trout pond, three pools (with both heated pools and hot tubs), as well as numerous activity areas (basketball courts, volleyball courts and numerous play structures.) Amenities are all within minutes, and it all lies within the San Tan Mountain Valley. Who could ask for more?

Along with a modernly furnished home, complete with granite countertops, ceramic tiling and 9 foot ceilings, our bungalow features a large covered patio, complete with putting green right in the back yard.

After visiting Phoenix in 2008, our family fell in love with the city and the Arizona sun. We knew that this was a place our family could retreat from the cold of the Canadian winters. It offered so much for families young and old, and for differing interests. And it offered a wonderful resort for Mom and Dad to escape from the kids for some adult time.

This home is the perfect for a vacation rental. Super convenient location to area amenities. Super clean home and provides a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
