Whether you’re planning a romantic trip for two or a fun and exciting get away with family or friends, this is the condo for you! This 2 bedroom, 1.25 bathroom condo has been beautifully renovated and you will feel the warmth and comfort as soon as you walk through the door.
It is located in the heart of Old Town Park City; walking distance to the base of Park City Mountain, or take the free shuttle to Deer Valley, the Canyons, Historic Main Street, or many other locations; all within a 3 mile radius or less. Main Street, Red Stone, or any of the world renowned ski areas offer unique shopping and excellent dining experiences. Right across the street from the condo, you’ll find “Chez Betty” a 5-star restaurant that is a definite must to put on your list. No matter your taste or budget there is something that will satisfy your appetite.
Park City is the home of the “Sundance Film Festival”. The 2002 Winter Olympics, where you can visit the museum for free, or try the bobsled run, along with other exhilarating activities.
So whether you’re here to ski or snowboard the day away, don’t forget that you’ll also find tubing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, and that’s only a few things to do in the winter. Summer opens up a whole new list of activities, like trail biking, boating, hiking, fishing, etc. As they say, “Come for the winter and stay for the summer.”
For your day-to-day needs, you can find whatever you want within a 2 block area or less. This includes the grocery store, a pharmacy, Starbucks, the movie theater, and 3 sporting good shops for forgotten items or rentals.
The condo offers a comfortable leather pull-out couch to enjoy watching cable on the 42” flat screen, watch your favorite DVDs, or just listen to music or a CD on the stereo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances; full sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, there is also a wine cooler. You’ll find the basic items of pots, pans, dishes, etc. Enjoy your meal at the pub style dining table that seats 4-6 people comfortably.
The beautifully decorated Master Bedroom offers a queen sized bed, full dresser, a flat screen TV and a small private refrigerator.
The second bedroom provides an efficient bunk bed; a twin on the top and a double futon style on the bed. This creates a nice sitting area in the day and a double bed for nighttime. There is also a unique leather trunk style dresser, a desk, and a television with a DVD player.
The 1.25 bathroom offers a full bath, along with a separate sink and mirror area for guests to get ready.
You’ll also find a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room for your use and to store your skis, boards, and boots.
Looking out the front living room window you will enjoy the condo’s courtyard as well as a fantastic view of Park City Mountain. Out the back bedroom windows you’ll enjoy the Mountain View as well as the city park. In the summer the park offers tennis courts, volley ball, soccer and baseball fields, a band shell, as well as a skate board park

We both enjoy skiing and fell in love with Park City and all it had to offer. We discovered that it is just as enjoyable in the summer as the winter; with their concerts, jazz fest, silly market, biking, and much more. Who would have thought that such a wonderful ski town could be an exciting summer place too? Our condo has become our home-away-from-home and we know you'll feel the same way too.
Why the Owner Chose Snow Country
It is close and easy to go to and from the airport. There are 3 excellent ski areas in Park City alone; Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, and the Canyons. Not to mention a short drive to Alta, Snowbird, Sundance, and more. The town is quaint with its wide variety of shops, numerous restaurants and friendly people. You just can't go wrong with Park City.

Excellent location! I could walk to Park City to board. They have bus services to go to other mountains. I went and saw the Dew Tour and it was awsome. You don't need a car around town cause there is free bus service. Last year I was there during Sundance and went to see some of the movies. I've stayed here twice and plan on coming again this year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo is a wonderful place to stay, very comfortable. Our family had a great time in Park City and appreciated the convenience and comfort of this condo. We visited several of the nearby restaurants but mostly took advantage of the well organized kitchen. We look forward to staying at this condo all four seasons. Highly recommended.
