It has a 32 ft. pool (heated upon request when necessary for a small extra charge) situated on a south facing screened lanai for a "bug free" environment overlooking green belt woodland, a haven for wildlife. The patio has a large table with 6 comfortable chairs, and 4 sun loungers with cushions. A gas BBQ grill is also available for your al fresco dining convenience.
"This home has ceiling fans as well as air conditioning throughout. The bathrooms, kitchen and dining area have ceramic tiles, with carpet in the bedrooms and sitting area." The cathedral ceiling gives a light and spacious feel to the formal dining area and the lounge, which as shown in the photo gallery, includes a large corner unit (part of which will convert into a double bed), an entertainment center with satellite TV and DVD/video, plus a large selection of books and family games.Also has broadband internet connection.
The well equipped kitchen has high quality granite countertops and has a small breakfast table and chairs along with a breakfast bar with stools. There is a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron/board and sink.
All the bedrooms have spacious walk in closets and dressers and both bathrooms have small closets and cabinets. The master suite has a king sized bed and satellite TV, and the bathroom has double vanities, corner bath and a large walk in shower. The second bathroom has a bath with shower and vanity. The queen sized bedroom has an armchair and small table, and the third bedroom has twin beds. All linens and towels (beach towels too) are provided including spare sheets and blankets.
Close to both Englewood and Port Charlotte, this home is ideally situated for spending days out on one of the many pristine beaches in the area(10-15 mins) or enjoying the islands, waterways, nature reserves and bird sanctuaries of the beautiful Gulf Coast. There are many local Golf Courses-Rotonda itself boasts 99 holes. In the area there is an extensive selection of restaurants catering to all tastes, many supermarkets and shopping malls/designer outlets to suit your every need. Rotonda Community park with it's bike trail, tennis courts and playground is only 5 minutes walk from the villa.

Year Purchased: 2005
We live in Peterborough in the UK and had our home built in 2004/2005 after being invited to spend a couple of weeks with friends and falling in love with the area. We bought our plot there and then! The appeal of winter sunshine and "dry" golf was Too much to resist. Previously we had only visited Florida once-to the Orlando area when our kids were younger and didn't appreciate that we were missing the beautiful areas further south.
