This is a beautiful, three bedroom single story home located in one of the quiet areas of Legacy Villas. It is custom furnished with decorator furniture and has an all granite kitchen with high end appliances. There is a large two car, attached garage which provides parking out of the sun.
Two of the three bedrooms have their own baths with the third bedroom using a full guest bath across the hall. It is just a short walk to the pool and spa. The clubhouse is just two blocks or so down the street, which has adult, kids and lap pools. There is a Hawaiian Hammock Garden which over looks a long fountain between the palm trees. The clubhouse has a great, up to date fitness center.
There is a large meeting room with lots of windows that is ideal for weddings, etc. The club house also contains a large lounge which has two large, flat screen TV's. There is also wireless internet available in the clubhouse.

Why the Owner Chose Legacy Villas
We are a normal couple with children. We were looking for a good investment that we could enjoy as well as bring in some extra income through the La Quinta Internet Vacation rental program. It also provides us with a very good write off for tax purposes.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
We enjoy taking a walk over to the Hotel and doing some shopping, and then have lunch or dinner in one the three restaurants at the hotel. Sometimes we go over to the hotel, main pool and enjoy the activities and maybe a cocktail, while we talk with friends. The girls seem to enjoy the WORLD CLASS SPA that is just a couple of blocks from our home.
