Nestled in the rolling foothills of the Sonoran Desert, this luxury home is located in an exclusive area of Carefree. All the homes in this area are on five acre minimums, with rolling hills, paved roads, and stunning views.
This two level home is only a few years old and has barely been lived in. On the main floor there is a Master Suite with king bed, a master bathroom with jetted tub and attached laundry facilities. The large second bedroom has a queen bed, and an attached full bathroom. On the main floor there is also an office with broadband internet. The kitchen is large and bright with an attached family room, fireplace and breakfast nook. Formal dining room available for sit down family meals as well as a bar and great room with fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and access to a very large second story veranda. Gorgeous Views!
Downstairs offers a second Master's Suite with king size bed and an attached full bath. The large fourth bedroom has a queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom. Downstairs also has a sitting room with small bar and fridge, and access to the pool, hot tub, bbq and additional laundry facilities.
This home also comes with a large two car garage, with another two car garage available upon request. Provisions for infant children can be made upon request.

We chose this location because it offers spectacular desert views and amazing sunsets (which are enjoyed from the hot tub), but also offers plenty of privacy.

We enjoy the uncluttered views of the the photo opportunity sunsets, the close proximity to all of the area's attractions, and the friendliness of the people of Carefree and Cave Creek.
Owner's Map of Carefree
We designed and built this luxury home in 2006 for our retirement. It is also a place for our growing family to get together. With the location being so close to many of the area's attractions, as well as many restaurants and golf courses, we felt this location and surrounding amenities suited the lifestyle we wanted for our retirement.
