This one bedroom/one bath detached duplex (upper unit) is located in the best part of Manhattan Beach (South of Manhattan Beach pier, better known as 'South Sand'). The houses in South Sand are, mostly, owned and lived in by local families. You truly get the feel of 'local living' in this area.
The unit is just steps to the beach. There are miles of jogging and biking trail that run along the beach. You can easily take a leisurely bike ride along the beach, or take a lovely sunset ocean front stroll to downtown Manhattan Beach restaurants and shopping.
When you are back from your 'day in the sun', you can relax in this clean, comfortable, and well maintained unit with amenities provided for your comfort and convenience. Enjoy a good movie on flatscreen LCD TV with a DVD/CD Player Home Entertainment system. There is a limited movie collection available in the unit (feel free to bring your favorite DVD movies that you never got a chance to watch!).
Ready to rest? Enjoy a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress in the main bedroom (sleeps 2 adults). There is a full size convertible bed in the living room (sleeps 2 children or 1 adult). Linens are provided.
The unit is equipped with full kitchen: full size refrigerator/freezer, 4 burner stove, microwave, toaster, full size oven, coffee maker (we want to make sure you start your day right :), dishwasher (yes, this is a VERY good thing to have!), in unit washer/dryer (so you can pack light with your clothing requirement for your stay)-laundry detergent provided. Silverware, dishes, & cooking utensils for making simple meals are provided.
Southern California world renowned attractions are within easy driving distance: Disneyland, Hollywood, Universal Studio, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica/Malibu beaches, etc.
