  The perfect location and the balcony with the outstanding views!!! More photos, so potential renters can understand the layout better. It is a bit funky.

  This is a beautiful property. The location has an amazing view and is a great location for getting to both the main road and the beach. We were two couples and had excellent privacy and plenty of room; especially with two balconies. The beds were comfortable, which we've found to be the exception rather than the rule in Italy. As 3 of us are tall, this was a nice aspect. The property manager was very attentive and helpful. If we return to Positano we would rent this again and highly recommend it to others. Everyone was most helpful, professional and knowledgable. We would definitely use Emma Villas again and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone wanting to rent a place or make any kind of holiday arrangements.

  We spent a week at Casa Maria and it was great. The view is fantastic. Positano is the most beautiful place I have ever visited. We were there for the festival and watched the concert and fireworks from our balcony. The steps are no joke! We usually walked the 50 steps up to the street and walked down the street to the center of town. Julie took good care of us.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  I booked this apartment for six women on a five week tour June of 2008, The accomodations are better than what you see. Spacious and clean. None of us had ever been to Positano and didn't understand about the steps. I think it was approx 200 steps down to the beach area, and 75 steps up to the street above the villa. Due to this it is important that everyone have good knees and are able to ambulate easily. The narrow sidewalks they call streets were new to me. This apartment is wonderful. I can't explain how delighted we were upon arrival, and sad to leave. The night we arrived there was a concert on the beach below our balcony. The moonlight, stars,.. magical.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
