Welcome to Roberts Cottages #20, your home for the perfect vacation rental along the beaches of North San Diego County. Our San Diego beach cottage rental in Oceanside is within walking distance of the Oceanside pier and all the charming shops of this harbor area. There are endless activities to enjoy here year-round including surfing and building sand castles. Concerts and family events are a stone’s throw away during the summer months. There is a weekly farmer’s market every Thursday from 9am-1pm just down the street. The temperate weather allows you to enjoy the beaches year-round and with all the amenities of home plus a few extra luxuries. It would be no surprise if our guess will want to return to our cottage year after year.
This is truly a one of a kind vacation spot to vacation. Many features make our cottage #20 in Oceanside vacation rental different from the other rentals along this popular strip of the Southern California coastline. It has been totally remodeled with all the modern conveniences including Wi-Fi, plasma TV, marble shower, stackable washer and dryer, two futons downstairs and a cal king & queen mattress in the loft upstairs; it’s the only vacation beachfront rental along this strand with all the upgrades under 300sqft, and it has a completely unique look and feel. Our cottage comes equipped with two beach bikes to explore the area, boogie boards, foam boards, surf boards, a toy chest with kids toys, beach towels and other supplies to help enjoy the sandy beaches nearby. Unfortunately, some items may not be available during the time of your stay. We like to accentuated our cottage by setting the atmosphere with fresh linens, bedding, towels and comfortable sleeping quarters, and you can even personalize your experience by requesting special touches such as roses, a cake, special occasion card, champagne or whatever else you need to create the perfect moment upon arrival. These kinds of special touches are ideal when you want to set the mood for birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons and other special events.

Why the Owner Chose Other Oceanside Properties
Roberts Cottage #20 is a unique beachfront property. When we bought this property, we remodeled immediately. The value is in the land. This is a great piece of property. Although “Roberts Cottages” is considered condominiums, this property has a unique feel and look. There are only 24 units on this property and all individually owned. Barely half the owners rent out while some keep this property for family usage. Even though the property line is right on the street on the Strand, the back units have more privacy. You can step right outside and walk to the sand from every cottage. There are NO elevators or hallways to walk through! This is one of a kind vacation rental.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
This pint size cottage is 280 sq ft (not including the loft). Nevertheless, that does not stop our guests from wanting to return and come back for some more R&R and fun in the sun. Most of the time spent on this vacation is outside. There is so much to do whether it is cruising down the beach with two complementary beach bikes or walking to nearby shops and restaurant. You can also just lay out and relax your mind body and soul on the warm sandy beach. How about enjoying a little entertainment during the day or early evening at the nearby Theater or bowling at the Surf Bowl just up the street? You can always enjoy the beautiful sunsets every evening, don’t forget the camera!
Roberts Cottages #20 is one of the 24 units. All indivisually owned. Cottage #20 is in the back with a little more privacy. Cottage #20 guests may park directly behind the cottage.

Our green cottage #20 is in the back row, we have the convenience of parking one of our vehicles directly behind our cottage. We have many breathtaking memories with friends and families here. Life is good, we feel fortunate to have such a magnificent place to go to and relax and enjoy!
I love cooking meals and treats for my famiy while waiting for my husband to come back from surfing or jetskiing. Sometimes we'll take a nice walk to the Pier and get our favorite shake (black cherry vanilla with extra cherries). During the summer months the girls like to walk down the street to see the live concerts and listen to music at the Oceanside Amphitheater. Other days we just like to relax and hang out on the beach and watch our girls play in the water and sand. There's never a dull moment when were at the cottage. Everytime we go back it's like the first time!
Don't forget we enjoy providing extra thing for our guests such as beach cruisers, surfboards, boogie boards, and more fun toys for the beach.
