Welcome to the Highlands Treehouse Family Ski Home, located just minutes from downtown Breckenridge with access to 8 major ski areas within one hours drive (Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone, Beaver Creek, Arrowhead, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain).
The Treehouse is a 3 level home. The main floor consists of a great room with kitchen, living and dining, a mud room to store your gear, a half bath, a balcony and a patio. The great room has a wall of glass that frames the pine trees and invites the southern sun to warm you as you relax after a long day on the mountain. Sit on the mantle of the giant floor-to-ceiling moss rock gas fireplace as you share snow stories. Each level is separated by lockable gates- perfect for little ones or four legged guests.
The walk-out lower level consists of a master suite, a large recreation/ playroom with a wet bar, video library and Wii, and a separate laundry room with a large sink, washer and dryer. The lower master suite has a queen bed and bunk beds.
The upper level is highlighted by a master suite with a king bed, a jacuzzi bathtub with a view of Lake Dillon, a steam shower, and a den/ sitting room. The two other upper level bedrooms contain single beds with pull out trundles and a Jack and Jill bathroom.
The Treehouse borders on the Flume trail, so you can start your day by grabbing a pair of snowshoes from the garage and taking a peaceful walk in the national forest.
