  This place was perfect for a group of guys to get together and hang out. We arrived late (around 10) and the owner texted to make sure we were able to get in properly. The place was spotless and completely ready to go. There were clean towels in all the bathrooms, all the beds were freshly made, there was dishwasher soap in the kitchen, a bbq grill with gas ready to go, and even a laundry room in case something needed to be washed. The only downside was the spa wasn't turned on, so we had to wait until the next evening to use that. In the grand scheme of things that could be wrong, this was no biggy. From the place we were easily able to walk (or bike since they have some in the garage for you to use) to the beach and downtown Huntington Beach within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this place as the owner was super easy to deal with, adapted to our schedule (allowed us to checkout at 3 pm Sunday instead of 11 am), and the place is super awesome. Do yourself a favor and rent this place if you have a group of 10-15 people.

  We were recently in California for my brother's wedding. The house was perfect! It was large enough to accommodate the whole family and the layout was ideal for a large group. The owners and property manager were great. They were responsive and very easy to work with. We had to extend our trip due to Hurricane Sandy and they were incredibly helpful and kind. The location of the home could not have been better - a short walk to the beach and to town. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house. It was clean and had wonderful amenities. I will definitely be staying here again.

  This was a great home for a large gathering which included children. Close to the beach with beach toys, swimming pool and hot tub as well as only about 30 minutes to Disneyland. The owners were very helpful and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this house.

  Spent a whole week here during the middle of September. Was such a great week, the house is lovely, has everything you would need! Location is perfect, very close to the main street with places to eat drink etc, and is very close to the beach. Both within 5 mins walk. By far the nicest house in the neighborhood. If you are looking to rent in Huntington with a big group this is the place to stay!

  Thank you Avon, Quan and Jimmy. First Class all the way. Very clean, beds were comfortable and the pool/spa was great. The house is situated in a perfect location and had everything anyone renting would need. No worries on letting the teenagers go off on their own. If you don't feel like cooking there are several good restaurants nearby. Grocery store is a short drive away, otherwise, everything else is a very short walk. Our kids, their spouses and grandkids said that this was the best vacation ever. We plan on doing it again. Thanks again.

  Our team of ten folks absolutely fell in love with the great environment. Lots of space to get away and a great room kitchen to connect. Great access to the beach and shopping.

  Our best compliment is "We felt at HOME" ! We had an awesome time in HB but staying here was the icing on the cake. We had room for everyone to sleep comfortably; gathering areas to play games or just chill out; plenty of room for eating and cooking; and the heated pool and hot tub was perfect. Our family consist of Grandparent, parents and kids from 2 to 18; so while little ones took a nap, the big ones were in the pool or riding bikes on the beach. We were so close to the beach and downtown. We did day trips to Disney, Universal City and Lego, and Deep Sea Fishing. I have to say even while Avon was having a baby, she did everything from finding directions to answering all my questions.... Jimmy did a great job of welcoming us to the house too. This house has it ALL !!!! Thank you Thank you..

  My family is from Ohio and we LOVED this vacation home. Definitely our favorite house rental. We usually go to S Carolina so Huntington Beach was a big change but so much fun! The house is almost like a jungle gym for adults with a cool staircase and lil extra rooms and beds all over. There's lots of fun toys like bikes and surf boards. It's also walking distance to the beach and downtown HB so we didn't have to load the whole crew up in cars to go anywhere. We had 4 little ones running around and the whole house is pretty safe for little kids. If we ever vacation in California, this is the house we'll be at!

  In reviewing places to stay in the area I found most didn't have reviews; I zeroed in on this property because of the size of our party and the rather current reviews. First and foremost from the moment I called Quan and Avon they seemed genuinely interested in having us stay at the house. They answered all my questions and were very professional in sending over the paper work and moving the process along. The house itself is even better than the pictures indicate. We opted to take the studio in addition to the main house. The home boasts a nice blend of earthy furniture and modern appliances; the BBQ and pool are awesome features, plenty of counter space at the BBQ. All the silverware and glasses were nicely arranged. The house gets plenty of natural light. One of the really unique features of the home is there is plenty of room in the main gathering areas for 12+ people but there are enough nooks in the home that you can easily sneak away for a private conversation or quiet nap. The swing in the front of the house is pretty cool and very relaxing. All in all it was a great bachelor party pad and easily a great home for a family vacation.
