A condominium application fee of $100 is required for a hotel identification card
which is to be used for daily valet parking for 1 car and all hotel amenities.
$250 deposit is require with the application which will be refunded within 7 days
after an inspection of the premises has been performed.

I decided to buy a vacation rental in this location because it is located in the center of a variety of nightlife and the best of everything including shopping centers and restaurants. The property also has an inspiring ocean view and easy access to the beach as well as to the city life.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo-Studio
The benefits that I enjoy while staying in my property is the relaxing view of the beach and the city from my panoramic window. At the same time everything I need is only minutes away. Public transportation is conveniently accessible by just crossing the street and I do not need to leave the building for anything I need.
