Meticulously maintained landscape with fountains and palm trees greet you at the grand entrance of this great property and you will be amazed by the deep blue lakes and breathtaking mountain views. Gorgeous Master - 1 King Sized Pillow top Bed and a large walk-in closet in case you decide to stay for a while! You will also find a beautiful decorated living room with a sleeper sofa that sleeps two.
KITCHEN & BALCONY HIGHLIGHTS
This fully furnished kitchen (should you wish to show your cooking skills) features a 21c refrigerator, a dishwasher and an oven and built-in microwave. Your experience will be "turn-key" with all utilities, cookware, dining sets, linens, towels, cable etc…
Balcony - Whether dining or reading on the balcony with a great courtyard view you will feel all of your senses revitalized! The balcony has a very nice patio set including 4 cushion comfortable chairs.

We fell in love with Arizona when we went there for our honeymoon in January 2007. We were dreaming that one day we could own a property there. That dream came true in 2009 when we purchase a beautiful condo in Ahwatukee. Everytime we go there we feel at home. We feel the energy, the peacefulness and the serenity of the Sonoran desert. We love to go hiking in South Mountain Park. We also love watching the beautiful sunsets by the lake & fountain. Basically we just enjoy living in the moment!

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This condo is in a resort-like complex which has beautiful paths, lush trees, 2 pools, 3 spas, gym, 2 lakes and exclusive walking paths. The great thing is it is walking distance to Fry's (private path going to shopping complex and no street to cross) and 2 other grocery stores; Safeway & Trader Joes. There is also some great restaurants walking distance. A short drive away, you can hike South Mountain trails, 2 of our favorites are telegraph trail and desert classic trail. Not too far on Ray road, you have many stores including Ross, JC Penney, Best Buys,BevMo, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target etc. It is a beautiful location.

We HIGHLY recommend this condo to be your home away from home if given the opportunity. The condo was very well furnished, nicely decorated and immaculate. My husbamd and I stayed at this condo for 5 months and we loved it. There was plenty of space for all our stuff. It is close to several groceries, restaurants, shopping and highway. We loved sitting out on the patio for the morning coffee or the evening appetizer. The neighborhood is very quiet We met Lucie et Daniel (the owner) and they was extremely gracious, helpful and accommodating We will definitly stay here again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We really appreciated how you went beyond the call of duty to make our stay in your condo so delightful.... You were wonderful hosts and landlords. So thoughtful and organized..... We enjoyed your short visit and wished we could have gotten to know you better. We loved the whole experience in Phoenix and would definitely like to return.
