My wife and I just stayed at Stripevilla. Had a great time. Cabin is very, very nice! Comfortable, clean and nice modern touches. Even in the summer heat the front porch of the cabin was pleasant with it's ceiling fans. Mike is a great guy, made us feel at home as soon as we got there. Even gave me some fishing tips and some crickets...thanks Mike. You can catch bream all day at the dock or just watch them. The water is clear and the sunset view from the second deck down the hill from the cabin is beautiful. I highly recommend Stripevilla and look forward to our next visit. Gonna go Striped bass fishing with Mike next time however!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our recent stay at Stripevilla was wonderful. The cabin was new and clean and was very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The access to the water was easy, with a spacious boat dock for enjoying the water, and a available boat ramp only 100 yards away. The location is on a great part of the lake, and very close to good fishing. We would definitely stay here again, and would have no problem recommending Stripevilla to our friends.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the water. Lots of pluses-- very nice interior, comfortable bed, very clean, dock had very comfortable lounge chairs and extras, Best part was the ability to checkin very early and leave late which gave us lots of extra time to enjoy the beautiful, clear water. Be prepared to have to share the dock with others .
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
