Arrived at this property August 12 to find that the hydro had been cut-off due to 2 months of arrears. Have yet to hear from the owner. We are from Toronto so you can imagine our panic! Thankfully we got a good deal on another property last minute.

Thank you for such a great stay at the Villa Eureka! Everything was exactly as described and pictured in your listing- especially the sunset view over the lake! Location was perfect- close enough to shopping & entertainment, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. I recommend this property to anyone intereseted in a vacation "home away from home"!

dear martin and maureen , the photos of yertiz do not do justice to this lovely property.We rented the house for the month of august 4 adults and 3 children the eldest wheelchair dependent.The house ticked all our needs for jack the space to manover, the deep bath , the pool .The location is perect a 15 min drive to disney which exhausted us so by the last 10 days we just enjoyed resting at the house which is what you can do best. we would hightly recommend your property because of the ease of booking on line , the directions the whole experience was pleasant and what we needed.thank you

Our family of 8 spent 2 weeks at this lovely home. The pictures to advertise this property are accurate. The home is nicely decorated, was clean and inviting for our arrival and is well furnished for the needs of 8 people or more. We found it to be in a convenient location for easy access to Disney attractions,grocery stores and other amenities. The pool was well looked after and was a hit for the children. We would and have recommended the home to friends who are planning a family Disney vacation. Martin and Maureen are quick to respond and anxious to please. If we were to return to the Orlando area we would not hesitate to stay at this home again. Art Majkut

Hello Maureen and Martin, Thank you so much for the use and enjoyment of your home. We were so relaxed in our evenings from the convention center. It is a delightful home, and everything was up to snuff - soap, hangers, extra pillows. We will definitely be signing up again next year. Again, thanks for the great stay! As we have freight people packing up our booth, they packed the small rug that we were going to leave, we left the place in the condition we would want someone to leave ours, even vacumed. We also have cream carpeting in our home and a $15.00 runner at ea. entry area has saved us a lot. Again, thanks for the positive experience! See you next year - if not sooner. Colleen & Alec

Wow, what a summer! Our stay was wonderful...We loved the neighborhood & it was safe. The house was wonderfully decorated and the layout of the house made it feel big!
