If you decide to stay with us and confirm our quote within 1 day we will give you up to 1 weeks 'FREE' pool heat and pay in full within 7 days, we will discount a further 10%? by way of a refund cheque / check. However if your dates are flexible and you book a 'back to back' vacation with an already confirmed rental. (please check our availability calendar .... We will offer a FURTHER DISCOUNT of 5% (mention back to back discount).........

Alternatively stay for 28 days or more for only $100 per day inclusive of pool heat, cleaning and tax. ( please note: - The inclusive rate quoted above is our long term rental rate, for stays of 28 days or more).

LATE DEALS:- Book within 10 days and stay for at least 7 nights and we will reduce your basic rental quote by at least 15% (mention LATE/DEAL).   • Our family of 8 spent 2 weeks at this lovely home. The pictures to advertise this property are accurate. The home is nicely decorated, was clean and inviting for our arrival and is well furnished for the needs of 8 people or more. We found it to be in a convenient location for easy access to Disney attractions,grocery stores and other amenities. The pool was well looked after and was a hit for the children. We would and have recommended the home to friends who are planning a family Disney vacation. Martin and Maureen are quick to respond and anxious to please. If we were to return to the Orlando area we would not hesitate to stay at this home again. Art Majkut

  • Hello Maureen and Martin, Thank you so much for the use and enjoyment of your home. We were so relaxed in our evenings from the convention center. It is a delightful home, and everything was up to snuff - soap, hangers, extra pillows. We will definitely be signing up again next year. Again, thanks for the great stay! As we have freight people packing up our booth, they packed the small rug that we were going to leave, we left the place in the condition we would want someone to leave ours, even vacumed.   • Thank you so much Martin and Sarah for sharing your beautiful home with us. From the moment we drove through the gates we knew this was going to be a wonderful month. The community is charming and the house – well the house was better than we imagined. The décor was lovely, comfortable and very warm. It was furnished with everything we needed right down to the electric can opener. The only thing we asked for was broadband internet to be installed – and wa-lah! It was in within a day or two and life was complete! Keith and Wendy were great as well – knowing they were there if we needed anything was comforting. The only disappointing part of the visit – was the fact we had to eventually leave! Thank you again for a lovely home and taking such good care of us.
