Beautiful villa in a perfect location. The place was exceptionally clean and there was so much to offer inside the house. The Wi-Fi never drops, the Plasma TV is gorgeous and the game room is fun. But the best part was how close it was to all the great spots that make a vacation great! Management made it very easy and was very helpful. Great experience!
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The villa was wonderful. I cannot wait to get back there. I suppose it is booked over Thanksgiving? Everything was just perfect. My granddaughters loved it and wanted me to buy it and move there. Not a bad suggestion for a five year old and ten year old.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I was very happy after we walked in the door for our families 2 week Christmas vaction in Scottsdale Az.. Everything Ryan Dame advertised was as stated and better as we explored the home for the first time...Kitchen full of all needs for cooking for holidays and lots of room for all. Located on golf course so beatiful view and geese and ducks were enjoyable to watch daily . Grilled steaks on grill last night to our big families Christmas day dinner and the home had all you would need to prepare any families holiday dinner. Bedrooms were big/quiet and comfy and with 3 baths and washer and dryer we were set for everything under the sun......Unit is close to Scottsdale best shopping was my wifes favorite and along with being close to movies cool ,breakfast,lunch and dinner locations all close. You will leave thinking if you ever wanted to own a top property in Scottsdale this location would be it but you can rent it instead ........ ..Thanks Ryan I will be a repeat customer when spring baseball is back this spring..........Darrel

McCormick Ranch Lakefront Villas were in the perfect spot for us. It was located near everything. The area was quiet and it was great waking up each morning getting to look out over the lake. The Condo was very spacious and worked out well. Thank you.
