Why the Owner Chose Avon
There's nothing more invigorating than having fun and exploring beautiful places, and I've made it my mission to explore some of the most beautiful places in the world. I'd heard about the world class reputation of the Vail Valley, and once I tried it, I knew I had put down roots here. That's why I decided to buy a home at the base of Beaver Creek ski resort, two miles from Arrowhead ski resort and only 10 miles from Vail ski resort.

Living at the Lodge at Brookside is like being on vacation every day. Summer or winter, I gaze out at the mountains from my living room and ask myself, "What should I do today?" I consider my home in the Vail Valley the best medicine for keeping me happy and healthy and exited about life. Please enjoy and share in the beauty and abundance of mountain living! The mountains are right outside my door and there are lots of friendly, healthy people always with smiles on their faces. My condo is bright, beautifully made with classy furnishings and an open vaulted living room that captures the south facing sun and a view up the Valley of Game Creek Bowl. You'll enjoy the fireplace, large kitchen, outdoor hot tub and swimming pool (pool open in the summertime only), the fitness room (in case you still have energy after playing on the hill!) and the Eagle River. So much to do just minutes from the front door!
