This lower level two bedroom, two bath condo is a bright and airy 1255 sq. Feet.We have taken it upon ourselves to furnish it immaculately - Newer carpeting, paint, blinds and kitchen appliances liven up the condo.
The dining area boasts a built-in bar, complete with a mini refrigerator and sink. A rarity in most rentals! Both bedrooms have access to their own private patio, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill. There is a private laundry room for your use on the premises.
Even more wonderful is the location of the condo. It is in a shaded part of the country club, very private, quiet and clean. The pool and tennis court areas are very close, as is the golf course.
We offer cable TV on two large-screen LCD televisions, DVD and CD players in two rooms, wireless high-speed Internet access for your laptop, a computer for your use while you are in the condo, your own personal voice mailbox and phone service with free long-distance calling within the United States and to Canada and Puerto Rico. Included are all the amenities of home - linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen and basic toiletries. Rich and Rob run a class act!! As conscientious professionals, they have thought of every aspect of a customer's rental experience. My husband and I rented their mesquite condo for Thanksgiving week: starting with our initial email communication.....to the rental contract....to the condo's decor/supplies....and then ending with a timely security deposit return. Each and every step of our rental experience was superb. Thank you Rich and Rob for making our Palm Springs vacation such a treat!!

What a pleasant stay we had at # 261095. Rob and Richard were very hospitable and pleasant to work with. Our two bedroom accommodation was comfortable, tastefully decorated, spacious, and clean. The large master bedroom had a very comfortable king sized bed. We appreciated the use of a computer and the free North American long distance on the telephone. It was great to watch the 2010 Olympics on the flat screen TV. There were ample towels and bedding and we enjoyed barbecuing and relaxing on the patio under the umbrella. The mountain view was most beautiful early in the morning. We will be recommending renting from RichRob Rentals--it was a positive experience. Ed & Marg--Regina, Saskatchewan
