This lower level two bedroom, two bath condo is a bright and airy 1255 sq. Feet.We have taken it upon ourselves to furnish it immaculately - Newer carpeting, paint, blinds and kitchen appliances liven up the condo.
The dining area boasts a built-in bar, complete with a mini refrigerator and sink. A rarity in most rentals! Both bedrooms have access to their own private patio, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill. There is a private laundry room for your use on the premises.
Even more wonderful is the location of the condo. It is in a shaded part of the country club, very private, quiet and clean. The pool and tennis court areas are very close, as is the golf course.
We offer cable TV on two large-screen LCD televisions, DVD and CD players in two rooms, wireless high-speed Internet access for your laptop, a computer for your use while you are in the condo, your own personal voice mailbox and phone service with free long-distance calling within the United States and to Canada and Puerto Rico. Included are all the amenities of home - linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen and basic toiletries. We live locally, so you can reach us directly with any question or if you have a special request.
