All Spa heating included, pool heating to 85 degrees optional Sept-May (200 minimum). 3 car garage w/opener. Kid friendly with toys and playthings inside and out, everything you need for a baby, including crib, highchair, swing and sitter-saucer. At the front entrance there's a courtyard with bench, and the back yard has a large grassy play area. It all adjoins the desert, with a hiking/ biking trail right along the property.
