Welcome to I LOVE LUCY, Tucson's cutest vacation getaway. This red-brick home retains it 1950's charm while offering modern conveniences of Wi-Fi, cable, refrigeration, fans, gas grill, dishwasher, washer, dryer and polished concrete floors. It has a spacious eat-in kitchen with a table that comfortably seats 6 with an additional leaf if needed.
Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th a queen futon. The house is stocked with an adorable dining service that says "I'm on vacation!", with quality linens and towels as well. The furnishings are attractive, casual and comfortable and the home has been lovingly maintained.
There is an covered patio, with a gas grill and outdoor dining table that also seats six, so you can take advantage of Tucson's fantastic weather. Additionally the large back yard is securely fenced so no worries if you bring a small child or pet (with permission). There is covered parking for your car, with additional space for a trailer or additional vehicle. This house is absolutely charming and has a lovely FEEL!
Located on a quiet dead-end street yet walking distance to a large mall, restaurants, and a beautiful city park. It is 10 minutes to Baseball's spring training, University of Arizona, downtown Tucson and there are magnificent hiking trails in nearly every direction!

This is an attractive neighborhood and close to everything and at the same time quiet, safe and comfortable. I love this house because of it's 50's charm and know that many baby boomers will as well.
The Unique Benefits of this House
You can enjoy an outdoor meal on the covered patio or go for a walk at the park at the end of the street. Or just take a walk at the mall all without needing to get in a car! However, the property is easy to access from the freeway or airport while maintaining a tranquil feeling.
