Casale Miraggio is a property located between Todi and Orvieto, two characteristic medieval Umbrian towns whose world famous monuments attract numerous of tourists. Situated in a splendid position overlooking the Corbara lake, it is the ideal place for people looking for a relaxing vacation immersed in the peaceful countryside, far from the bustling city. This farmhouse, built in stone and covered in ivy, has been beautifully restructured with top quality materials and modern solutions, whilst at the same time respecting the architectural tradition and the surrounding nature. The interior has high quality wooden ceilings and handmade terracotta floors; the traditional Umbrian country furnishing fits in perfectly with the style and attractive appearance of Casale Miraggio.
PARK: Il Miraggio is immersed in a park of approximately one hectare, which is completely fenced and closed by an electric gate. A luxuriant vegetation of olive trees and fruit trees is dominating this splendid location.
SWIMMING POOL: Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The swimming pool has an irregular form, infinity system, water is purified with salt, and measures approximately 70 sqm. Furthermore, there is a small children pool and dressing room with half bath.
INTERIORS: The ground floor: a large living area is composed by a living room with a dining table for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen, cozy sitting room with comfortable sofas, reading room with fireplace, magazines and books in various languages, TV and video recorder, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and another bathroom with shower and sauna, laundry room with dryer. First floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. In the swimming pool area there is another bathroom with shower.
SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, swimming pool and park maintenance.
COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): extra cleaning when animals are present (€ 30,00 per animal per week).
SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra linen (€ 25,00), extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour/cleaner), telephone and internet fast connection (on consumption), heating (on consumption up to date market prices ), firewood (€ 15,00/100 Kg).

The distances from the Motorway A1 ( 15 km) as well as from the railways station of Orvieto make the location ideal for sightseeing around the beautiful Umbrian historical cities as well as Tuscany.
