This a home was built in 2004 and is a beautiful modern cabin with all the character and furnishings you'd expect in an idyllic Rocky Mountain home. Incredible mountain views surround you yet it's walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and the bike path taking you to Breckenridge, Copper or around Lake Dillon. The major ski areas are just minutes away (Copper: 8 miles, Breckenridge: 10 miles, Keystone: 12 miles, Vail: 25 miles, Beaver Creek: 35 Miles, Winter Park: 60 miles, Steamboat: 90 Miles).
The home is about 2000sf with off-street parking for 4+ cars. The main level has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a twin over full bunk-bed. The upper level has the master bedroom (queen bed) in addition to the large loft area (convertible futon) which is open to the living room below. There is a washer and dryer as well as a boot/gear drying room.
Summit County has a free shuttle system which can take you almost anywhere with your bikes and skis. The shuttle stop is four blocks away and can get you to the base of Copper Mountain in as little as 10 minutes. If you need to rent skis or bikes there are numerous shops in town that will be happy to accommodate you. Most of your shopping needs can be taken care of right in Frisco as well; from family run shops, galleries and restaurants to fast food, groceries and Walmart.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Frisco is one of the best places you can stay in Summit County. It has easy access to all the major ski resorts yet has great small town charm with good dining options and lots of activities. I lived in the area full time for six years and loved all the summer and winter recreation opportunities.

Thanks for thinking about renting my home. I have traveled all over the world but am still amazed at the beauty of Summit County. The skiing is phenomenal, especially having so many major resorts so close by...my morning routine is to check the snow report and chase the powder! In the summer there are more arts and music festivals going on than you will know what to do with...plus many of these are free!
