Recently constructed by one of San Miguel's finest architects, Casa Nola has high ceilings, dramatic stone walls and great indoor and outdoor space around the amazing blue and white tiled pool.
From the street, you pass through an elegant entryway with historic stone walls. This covered entry leads into the garden, where you follow the path to the main level of the house and its open-air sala and sunny pool terrace.
The sala has French doors opening into the formal living room with a cantera limestone fireplace and built-in bookshelves.
You also have access from the sala to the foyer and powder room, the dining room and large eat-in kitchen (both with additional fireplaces), and the downstairs master bedroom.
Casa Nola has a whole-house water purification system, so it's OK to drink the tap water. Satellite TV service is offered with U.S. channels; TV's are located in the living room (with plenty of comfy seating) and also built into the wall in the cook's kitchen above the large country table for casual meals and hanging out.
A large Jenn-Aire BBQ is available for guests' use in the little courtyard patio off the dining room.
