ACCOMODATION
Residenza Riboty is a beautiful apartment situated right in the heart of the Vatican district.I offer a completely restored and fully furnished apartment with high quality linens and towels, modern accessories, a television set with international satellite channels, WI-FI internet connection, free of charge for our guests to use, AIR CONDITIONING, a CD player is also available. The bathroom has a shower provided with towels, soaps and hair dryer. The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with the necessary cooking utensils, a cooking stove, a microwave oven and a big refrigerator.The sitting room features a lovely double sofa bed, a nice table with chairs, a writing desk and a bookshelf with plenty of reading material at your disposal, as well as information material which you can use to plan your sightseeing activities in the city. Every room has a big, full length window so the flat is full of light. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
NEARBY FACILITIES : The Vatican and Sistine chapel are all within short walking distance from the apartment. Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum, Piazza Navona and Campo de' Fiori are all easily reachable by public transport in no more than 10 minutes from our apartment. Crossing the lovely St Angelo bridge, you will arrive at the Piazza Navona area through Via del Governo Vecchio, where you will be stunned by the myriad of small antique shops and stores. Those who want to enjoy the fascinating spectacle of Rome by Night will also be delighted to be able to travel back on foot, in around 30 minutes, at any time, day or night, without any hassle. Lovers of fine cuisine will find high quality restaurants in all price ranges and Rome offers a wonderful range of activities for the creatures of the night. Many restaurants, bars and shops are situated close to the apartment. During your stay in Rome, you have a rich and interesting choice of sites to visit and museums to discover. stayed 5 nights end of september,clean apartment, had everything as advertised, subway is not far away but it is a walk, not a leisurly stroll, vatican is about 15-20 minutes away, nice restaurant around the corner good pizza,grocery store across street,it was hot and humid when we were there and the air conditioning worked very well. i would say a lot of walking to get to places so u should be in fairly good shape for the walking, i would say that there is parking in the area but u would have to search for a spot if u had a car. i would reccomend the rental to a couple who like walking and are independent, there is a little noise outside in the morning from the building across the street, although it says 2-4 people can stay, it is a small apartment and 4 adults would be doable but crowded.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

Many thanks for wonderfull time in Rome. Nice and comfortable appartments in good silent place not far from the metro. We enjoyed our staying there and remember about holidays in Rome with pleasure. Fabri is a wonderful man. Many thanks for his help and a lot off userfull information.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

we had a great stay at fabri's 2 separate appartments. 2 separate families needed to stay in the same area, close to the vatican. fabri was instrumental, always ready to help, answering emails even at 4 am. one of us arrived at midnight, another was delayed by 4 hours, and fabri was there to greet with the smile. appartments were wonderful, location great. the service that he arranged from and to the airport was also very convinient and prompt. fabri, you made our vacation easy, with 2 families coming from two different continents!!!! thamk you for everything, we hope to see you again in the future.thank you, alla , larisa, olga and gina!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Acabamos de regresar el dia 31 de Diciembre de 5 dias en Roma en este apartamento, y nos ha gustado mucho, corresponde al anuncio totalmente, esta cerca del vaticano y de la estacion de metro y es zona tranquila sin ruidos. El dueño te da mucha informacion de rutas por Roma , sitios para comer y cenar, mapas de Roma. Tiene servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto a buen precio que nos llevo hasta la casa, muy bueno para cuando llegas a una ciudad desconocida. En definitiva mi opinion de este apartamento de la ciudad de Roma es muy buena, hemos quedado muy contentos. Frente al apartamento esta cafeteria Jordy´s el mejor capuchino y muy barato de toda Roma. La mejor forma de mpezar el dia. Ciao RomaRecommended for: Families with young children.

Fabri and his apartment are wonderful. He met us on arrival, showed us around, gave us a terrific list of the "Best of Roma" sites, eateries and general great advice! He keeps a great package of infomation in the apartment. The listing and photos were accurate (better than stated.) We would absolutely - and have recommended this adorable apartment to our friends and family. About the owner: I love travelling so this is not really a business because It is a pleasure to offer what I would like to receive when I go abroad. I personally welcome my friends because not all the people have the chance to come in town 2 or 3 times in life so showing the best places and also short cuts in order to save time for me it is worthless. I Bought This Apartment Because I Wanted to Live Here, I Do Love the Vatican and Especially This the Residential Part. This District is Nice, 100% Safe, Day Time and Night Time, So Charming, Here You Can Breath the Real Roman Life. it is Full of Bars and Restaurants for ' the Local ', Not Like Those Anonymous and Touristic Places of the Centre with No Personality.
