One of the newest and nicest condominium units on the beach. This complex is situated directly on the Gulf and has over 370 feet of powder sugar-white beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It is located between the famous Pink Pony Pub, The Hangout and the Sea-N-Suds Restaurant, both within walking distance. It has been professionally decorated and has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable vacation.
This unit, 1605, is the only one on the 16th floor with an enclosed entry off of the elevator lobby. Spacious and professionally decorated with over 1400 square feet and is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops, crown molding and ceramic tile. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub as well as a walk-in shower. The living room has a wet bar, HD flat screen television with DVD and high speed internet access. All bedroom are furnished with TVs and DVD players.
San Carlos has a large zero-entry, beach-side pool, a sauna, an elegant lobby and a fully-equipped fitness center that overlooks the beautiful beach. It is within walking distance of restaurants. Island Pancakes is directly next door, Waffle House is across the street, Sea N Suds and The Hangout are both within walking distance on the beach.
The living room has wall-to-wall/floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for fabulous Gulf views. The Gulf-side master bedroom includes a king size bed plus wall-to-wall/floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Gulf. Sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom provide access to the large, Gulf-side balcony. The second bedroom has a king size bed also with a private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds, with a full private bathroom. The kitchen contains a large pantry and the laundry area contains a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Master Bedroom and Living Room are both gulf front with full length draperies for privacy and sleep when needed.

Why the Owner Chose San CarlosWe really fell in love with this unit and the complex. We have tried our best to make it feel like a home away from home....only with a beach :) The view seems panoramic and is absolutely amazing!! From the 16th floor you only see ocean and sky when looking directly out. It is not uncommon to wake up and find yourself in the middle of the clouds or to see the moon shimmering over the ocean from the master bedroom. BREATH TAKING!!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. We rented the condo during the Hangout Music Festival, and the location was ideal. The beds were so comfortable, and the condo was roomy enough for all 7 of us. We will definitely stay again!

The stay at San Carlos was amazing. The view was absolutely beautiful from the balcony. The condo was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable! It was in the most perfect location being so close to all the best places to eat and stores to shop! Great pool for the kids and easy access to the beach and workout room. When you walk off the very fast elevator, the door to the condo awaits you. Loved the parking deck for the day it rained. We can't wait to go back and stay in this unit again!!!

Me and my whole family loved it. The view was amazing. The waters was chilly but the sun was just warm enough. The TV is huge. You guys must be ballin' (which means rich if you're old and don't know slang). Anyways, thanks so so very much. P.S. To future stayers....wear a lot of sun block. Sun down here ain't no joke.
