Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, the third bedroom has a double bed and there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room....Sleeps 6 adults max plus 2 children. This house features 47 inch HDTV, DVD player, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, wireless internet (hardwire available as well), and DVD Library (37 movies).
