Why the Owner Chose Ridgeland
We wanted a home on salt water where we could enjoy boating, fishing and crabbing. The community is lovely and away from the traffic and noise of busy resorts but close enough to get to good restaurants and fun activities.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
It is a quiet community with very little traffic. We can stay here enjoying the tranquility surrounding by natural beauty or drive to great places like Hilton Head, Beaufort, Savannah or Charleston for dining and entertainment.

Our stay at spacious and comfortable 66 Cope Point was a memorable experience. We loved the chandelier in the upper window, the heart pine floors in the large bedrooms, the comfortable beds, the well appointed bathrooms, and the beautiful and well-equipped pine and brick kitchen. the dock, and the long and peaceful walks around the neighborhood. Our hosts, charmed us with their welcome and their helpful courtesies during the week of our stay. We were well situated geographically to make day trips to Hilton Head, Charleston, and Savannah. We also made our way several times to Beaufort, Bluffton and other towns and Islands in the area. We would recommend this lovely "cottage" to anyone visiting the low country of South Carolina for its comfort, location, and the southern hospitality of its owners.

Charlotte and I are still having a fine time here. You were right, the kayaking is terrific! We're seeing water birds that won't be up with us for a month or more.
