This is a beautiful, well kept, resort town house. It is very quite with plenty of room for entertaining. Great place to vacation with the kids.
Safe environment. Pool and tennis courts are a short walk across the dirt road. Relax on the hammock on the large back deck. Grill up lunch and or diner.
Visit the famous black dog restaurant and Mad Marth's Ice cream. Take a day for a boat cruise or fishing. Ride the oldest carousel in the USA. (10 Minute drive to Oaks Bluff). (15 Minute drive to Edgartown). Short bike ride (5 minute drive) to Vineyard Haven.
So much to do if you want. Book early from Memorial day to Labor day. Reserve your car on the ferry from Woods hole, Steamship Authority.

I am a Chiropractic Neurologist in Boston. My family and I love spending time on the Vineyard. The kids love taking theater camp and horse back riding during the summer. Great place to relax off season.

The Vineyard is a wonderful place to vacation. Off season it is quite and relaxing. The action is from Memorial day to Labor day. This is one of the very few properties that has a nice pool, tennis courts, quite beach area and is located next to Mink Meadows golf course.

The property has an Association Pool, Tennis courts, beach area, Hot tub, wood burning fire place and is located a short bike ride to the center of Main Street, Vineyard Haven. The vineyard has great fishing, golf, Water sports, restaurants and shopping and much more.
