Luxury three story town house located in Deer Crest with two balconies and lower level private hot tub overlooking the beautiful Jordanelle Lake with breath taking Wasatch mountain views. A true ski-in/ski-out property. You exit lower floor directly onto ski run that takes you about one thousand feet down directly to Deer Crest gondola which takes you to all Deer Valley resorts.
Fully equiped kitchen offers granite counter tops, maple cabinets, travertine entry floors, wood plank floors in the kitchen and through out the unit, with mountain furnishings, and new appliances.
Loaded with features including private hot tub that seats four, large gas log burning fireplace in family room, and gas fireplace in the master bedroom. Included are washer/dryer, central humidifier, stunning mountain and lake views from every window, 2 car garage(with BBQ grill).
Electronics include a large color LCD TV in family room and master bedroom, with Direct TV satellite, all major channels, TIVO, DVD player, stereo, CD player in family room.
Lower two bedrooms offer smaller LCD TV's.
Broadband access and a Wi-Fi (802.11b) network. You can easily access the Internet using our Broadband access with your computer - all complimentary to our guests.

What a memorable trip! the only bad part is we have to leave this little slice of heaven too soon! Wonderful for families, ski in ski out, top notch facilities, and we have stayed at all the best resort. Fun dinners around the warm fire with glorious views of the lake after a tub and ski day. HEAVEN!! thank you christine for everything!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

The townhome at Deer Crest is very comfortable, nicely appointed, beautifully decorated and clean. It's a wonderful ski in/out location. Our family has stayed in it for the past 2 years for our Spring Break vacation. We look forward to going back again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time staying at this town house February 4th to the 7th 2011. The pictures don't do this place justice! It has everything you could possibly need during your stay with amazing views. It is my pleasure to tell any potential tenant how wonderful this property is! It has a fantastic location (truly ski-in and ski-out in the Deer Crest neighborhood), it has responsive and helpful owners and it is both comforable and elegantly decorated in the mountain style. The house had everything we needed. You will be glad you decided to stay here. We certainly are.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children.

This place is amazing! Thank you for sharing it with us. “Wow! What a great townhome! Luxurious, and a perfect location within 5 steps of a ski trail which drops you at the Jordanelle Gondola. This townhome is a great value with access to the exclusive side of Deer Crest and all of its benefits. The view of the Jordanelle Reservoir from every room is a bonus. Christine is a gracious owner which is ready to help make your stay a wonderful experience. We had a great time and the townhome is very family friendly. Great kitchen! Also, the recommendation with using the Utah Limo for ground transportation is very good. Courteous, clean, and everything was top notch. The decorations were 1st class, and everything was just very comfortable. We would welcome the chance to visit again. 2 runs from Snow Park Lodge every morning? Who needs to drive at Deer Valley when a place like this is available! Truly a great ski in / ski out unit. No walking needed at all. Skip the shuttles and stay here. Thru our dear friends that found this beautiful town house for us, we each bought our own unit and have been coming here since to spend beautiful vacations that offer incredible skiing, and wonderful summers that include fly fishing, mountain biking, beautiful out door Deer Valley concerts, horse back riding, hiking, art festivals, and so much more.
