Our place is great for a romantic getaway, ski trip with a group, and the Sundance Film Festival, all at an affordable rate.
LARGE AND PRIVATE WITH "WOW!" VIEWS: Our private townhome is an end unit, three floors tall with great views and privacy. We are directly on the Park Meadows Golf Course. See moose, elk, deer and fox trot by or a hot air balloon float over. From every room, our two decks, and two private balconies, watch the snow fall and breathe in the white winter landscape.

Our master bedroom has the best view of the golf course, Quarry Mountain and The Canyons resort. It has its own updated, private bath with a tub/shower, flat screen TV and plenty of closet space.
Our second bedroom, what we call the “round-up room” with its cowboy motif, has two extra-long twins, flat-screen TV, plenty of closet space and its very own balcony. It is now private from the loft and sports a comfy layout. Another renovated bath with a walk-in shower is just next door.
The third is a large, private loft with views of Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort, two twin beds, its own half bath and an entertainment center.
Another 3/4 bath with a shower is on the main level. A new water heater assures everyone hot water.

Visit the Utah Olympic Park. Play indoor tennis, run on the treadmill, lift weights, do yoga or Pilate classes at a local fitness center. Take a snowmobile or sleigh ride.
Drive to the Uinta Mountains. Go fly-fish on the Provo River. Go tubing at Soldier Hollow and Gorgoza Park, something that’s extra fun to do at night. Tour the art galleries. Attend a play at the Egyptian theater. Listen to live music at the Spur. Do a hot air balloon ride. Try ice skating. Or just stay in and read a book off our shelves. It’s your vacation, enjoy!

Why the Owner Chose Racquet Club
Park City is a two season resort town. We love summers as much as we love winters here. We love all the winter trails for snow shoeing and cross country skiing. These same trails become our hiking trails with our dog Dooper in the summer.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
At our place, you will love and the new projects we've done to our place. All three bedrooms have been renovated to make them more private and cozy. Plus we've updated the two second-floor bathrooms and have added a half-bath in the loft. The kitchen and family room have been recently redone, too. The views are amazing from all the different windows and doors.
Here's your home away from home. Right on the Park Meadows golf course and three free shuttle stops.
Note: The Recreation Center is under construction through 2011, but when it's finished, you can get: yoga, pilates, tennis, swimming, basketball, weights, it's all here at the fitness facility. Just steps away from our townhome. This is also where they show Sundance films. The FREE SHUTTLE stops here.
Closest grocery store and the liquor store is right there, too. How convenient.
Owner's Map of Racquet Club
Welcome to our wonderful townhome in Park City! We are so lucky to have a second home here and we know you'll enjoy it as much as we do. Owning our townhome since 2002, each year we've come and stay here in the summers and winters. Park City is a two-season resort town. When we aren't here, we live and work in Flowery Branch, Georgia. It's always a treat to come West for our vacations and stay in our very own second home.
We love going to other parts of Utah during the summers and falls. We love Zion, Bryce, Moab with the Arches and visiting Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab.
Enjoy our second home. If you need any recommendations for things Park City, just ask.

I recently stayed at the condo during the Sundance Film Festival and found everything to be extremely nice and comfortable! Bedrooms were all very nice, the kitchen was great, awesome fireplace... overall it was perfect for us. Not a bad walk into town area, and during the festival the shuttles stop was like a 2 minute walk from the condo. Very nice area, all snow was shoveled and plowed for us, and housekeeping services was a big plus! I would high recommend this place to others!

Cozy and Comfortable---A Home Away From Home

This property is just as stated and pictured! The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc. I had no trouble cooking for our family of 5. We also appreciated the small containers of dish soap, coffee, paper towels, and laundry detergent to get us started! The table for 6 in the kitchen gave us ample eating space, and the family room was cozy and comfortable with the couch and two chairs with foot rests. We loved the gas fireplace and all the thoughtful, homey touches such as board games, some dvd's, and throws. The place was very clean and the small signs are very helpful in operating the washer/dryer and thermostat. The owner was incredibly professional and helpful---he even called on our first night to answer any questions we may have had. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all well quipped and spotless. While the PC transit line is not too far away, I think it is best to have a rental car when staying at this property. Having a car made it very easy to get around to the grocery, restaurants, etc. There is free parking outdoors at Park City Mountain Resort---arrive before 10:00 am you can get a great spot by the First Time lift.
