This single level, end unit townhouse features updated appliances, flat screen TV and complete household goods. It is decorated in a moderate southwest style with Santa Rita floor tiles in the living area and carpet in both bedrooms. There are vaulted ceilings throughout the house. Because it is an end unit, there is light coming in on three sides of the unit.
The outdoor patio attached to the house is surrounded by a six foot adobe wall for privacy and contains a patio table and chairs. This patio faces east and ideal for that morning cup of coffee. There is a small storage room off the patio for luggage, etc.
The house is directly across the street from the lap pool, spa, covered ramada and grills. This is a gathering place for community residents, many of whom are "snowbirds". The second pool is an easy walk away, heated all winter.

Year Purchased: 2003
This property is owned by me and my sister and her husband who live in Grong Norway. She has remained a US citizen and returns every two years for a visit. It is located within three miles of my home so I can readily show and maintain it. She and I are originally from Minnesota and understand the desire of many to spend time in a more moderate climate.
