This unit is a NON-SMOKING UNIT. and is limited to adults and families. Sports team participants under 25 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed at this unit. NO PETS ALLOWED.

10% off lift tickets details:
We are glad to announce that now we offer all of your guests 10 % discount on lift tickets. It requires minimum of 3 days skiing, kids under 12 ski free with a purchase of 5 day adult lift ticket. We would need to receive a check from you for the total amount due (the discounted lift ticket office does not accept CC) 2 weeks prior to the starting date.
There is $15 administrative fee per group (not per ticket, but for the whole group).

Why the Owner Chose Torian Plum, Creekside
We love Steamboat because it is a Western Community and a Ski Mountain. The downtown area has a country feel. The natural hot springs, great restaurants, FM Light Western Wear... all fun. The mountain is very large with skiing for all levels. We were looking for a Ski-In Ski Out where we could rest for a bit in the middle of a ski day and still get in a full day of skiing. We stayed at Torian Plumb several times before we decided to purchase a unit. The service is always exceptional. Two of our favorite restaurants are Cafe Diva and Slopeside which are right in Ski Time Square!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Torian Plum is the premier ski-in/ski-out lodging in Steamboat, located alongside the Christie Peak High-speed chairlift and just 100 yards from the Gondola. These luxury condos are nestled amidst shops and restaurants, including Cafe Diva, Saketumi and Slopeside. Downtown Steamboat is ten minutes away and ResortQuest offers on-demand shuttles to chauffeur guests around Steamboat throughout the winter. Our unit is 1350 Sq ft. 3 Bedroom/3 Bath with a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and free wireless Internet. It has a small balcony and Burgess Creek runs right by our unit. Second Floor Unit which is street level at the front of the building. It has a great view of the Steamboat Ski Resort. Amenities include outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, gym, housekeeping, on-site front desk, concierge and bell service.

The condo was fantastic!! Better then we expected! We haven't been to Steamboat for several years and we were not sure of the "ski in/ski out" definition used at Steamboat. This condo building is definately ski in/ski out!! It's also close walking distance to several bars, resturants and gift shops. We also took advantage of the private shuttle into town. This service was terrific! They were at our front door in minutes to pick us up and there within minutes for the reurn trip. We also thought the condo unit was well taken care of and very nicely furnished. The main living space was quite large compared to most ski condos. It's also great to have a bathroom in each bedroom! We will definately stay there again!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Happy New Year(again) from the Scott family. We stayed here back in 2003-2004. We still think this is one of the best locations on the mountain. We love being able to ski in/ski out and walk over to Slopeside Grill. The view from the condo is terrific, too. For our New Years Eve dinner, we booked a dinner sleigh ride with Saddleback Ranch. The moonlit ride under the stars in the horsedrawn sleigh ended with a delicious meal and great family friendly "cowboy entertainment" Thanks again

Thank you for sharing your beautiful mountain getaway with us. Steamboat is always a treat for us, but this trip has been tops because of your spectactular accomdations! We feel spoiled by the ease of getting to and from the slopes and all the amenities. The snow was awesome. We had 2 fantastic days on the slopes and my parents enjoyed snowshoeing and exploring.
