There were 3 adults and a 4 year old in our party, and we all were very comfortable. The Brownstone was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the master bath shower was awesome too. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and entertaining. We had a small get together one night and everyone was very impressed. This place is much nicer than a typical rental, we were all surprised that the owner was willing to rent the beautiful condo out. There was ample space for us all to hang out and catch up as it was a reunion of sorts (10 adults and 4 kids). Matina was responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again. My friend and I ran the Rock n Roll half marathon and it was about a 20 minute easy walk (1.4 miles) to the start/finish, which is what Matina led me to believe it would be. You can easily spend the same amount of money on a hotel closer to downtown, but we loved having a kitchen (nice one at that) comforable spaces to relax in and we didn't mind a little walk to restaurants and shops. Big thumbs up.

The Brownstone was was very clean and maintained. Manager Matina was very professional and was waiting for us when we arrived. The location was great as it was close to downtown. The Brownstone had great amenities. The kitchen was great for cooking. Would recommend everyone to stay there. We enjoyed eating pizza at Buenos Aires Pizzeria, and they have gluten free pizza.

Property manager was wonderful to deal with. Very attentive and a great resource for anything from the brownstone information to things around town and beyond. Went out of her way to accommodate us. We stayed for a little over a week with 3 adults and a two year old. The Brownstone had state-of-the-art everything. Two large outdoor decks on different levels, satellite tvs in every room, WiFi, luxury towels and appliances and supplies provided, bbq grill and private garage. All 3 levels provided independent use for multiple families if you want. No one would be disappointed staying here. Very unique to the area and a special experience with easy access to downtown and highways to go anywhere. Very pleasant stay! Thank you Matina!

We stayed at the brownstone for a long weekend and loved it! The brownstone was beautiful and very comfortable and we felt right at home. All of the decks were amazing and fun to relax on - the view from the top deck was great! The location to downtown and to the mountains was very convenient and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked too and easy to entertain. We will definitely stay again! Way better than a hotel. Thanks for the hospitality.

This was a very clean, well decorated condo with all of the upscale luxuries of home. Wonderful beds and bedding, great patios, and very nicely laid out and furnished. Great place if you have kids, awesome place if need to entertain and friends or family. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The pictures for this property do not do it justice. It was absolutely wonderful to stay in the house while my family and I were in Denver for 5 days. The location is great and everything was very easily accessed with our rental car. Driving around town was very easy and the landlord gave great information on places to visit and dine. The outdoor patios were perfect and newly planted, and the master bathroom with steam shower is outstanding. I would stongly recommend staying here and would gladly re-book if ever in Denver.

This is a fabulous place. We were in Denver for a law school graduation and hosted a small get- together of about 12 persons; everyone was impressed--scored big! Definitely changed my mind about staying at Denver downtown hotels if you are staying two or more nights.

This was a great place especially if you like CLEANLINESS which is very important to us. It was so clean and it's very contemporary with lots of space including a huge patio so it gave all 4 of us tons of room. It has all the modern conveniences that you could ask for, music systems that fit Ipods, TV's everywhere, BBQ etc. The price was more then reasonable for what you get. It's a few blocks north of downtown in an area that's amidst renovation but that was fine, we walked into downtown Denver. We would stay there again.

Thank you Matina, we had a wonderful stay. You are very gracious and generous with this house. It is perfect for our girl's weekend away. Definitely walkable to downtown and convention area. The house is very comfortable, we all can find our own little nook to chill out.
