We renovated our Sea Pines home in 2010, and it's all about relaxation, comfort, and convenience. If you want a vacation that leaves you relaxed and recharged when you go home, this is the place for you! Sea Pines is famously known for its miles of quality bike paths throughout the plantation, linking Harbour Town, the landmark Lighthouse, Harbour Town Playground, South Beach, miles of white sand beaches, Lawton Stables, and Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Golfers can play the only PGA event course in SC, have dinner, and walk home. This is not your typical rental unit, this is our only vacation home that we sometimes rent out. It is completely equipped with everything you need for a great week of vacation whether you like lots of activity or just relaxation - beach towels, beach chairs, tennis racquets, sand toys, poolside loungers, HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD, Netflix Instant View Movies, I-Pod compatible speaker system, large new deck w/Weber gas grill, newly resurfaced pool and completely equipped kitchen. We also offer numerous discounts throughout Sea Pines Plantation and the island. Various disount cards are at your disposal when you stay at our house.
Our home is directly on the #2 green on Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. Our quiet neighborhood is less than a 10 minute stroll or 3 minute bike ride to Harbour Town, where you can explore the abundance of shops, dining, boating, water activities and entertainment. Play tennis or take a clinic at Sea Pines Racquet Club, home of the Stan Smith/Billy Stearns Tennis Academy, or play golf on Harbour Town. Sea Pines Center, with additional shops, dining, bike rentals and access to the free Sea Pines Shuttle (seasonal), is just out our back door, across the golf course.
A short bike ride will take you to the beach (10 minutes) or choose to drive to the Beach Club with free parking privileges in less than 5 minutes. Enjoy our intimate courtyard pool (just refinished in 2011), or splash around in either of 2 community pools. And after all that activity, you'll sink into our luxury beds and linens for a wonderful night's sleep. We have owned a second home on Hilton Head for over 30 years, and we will gladly share our recommendations with you, so you can spend your time relaxing!
The living areas are open and spacious, great for families, several couples or a golf or tennis foursome. The kitchen is completely stocked with all cooking and serving necessities. There are 6 TVs, with a 52" HDTV in the living room and 42" HDTV in the master bedroom. All the beds are brand new luxury pillowtops, with luxury linens and cotton quilts. Bring your lap top and enjoy free wireless broadband internet access. There is an IPOD speaker system, radio intercom with speakers throughout and a beverage center to keep all your beverages ice cold and your refrigerator uncluttered. A separate guest suite (the 4th BR/Bath) is separated from the main house by the pool and carport. Perfect for anyone needing more sleep or quiet time (teenagers, young grandparents) or anyone that might disturb others (snorers, young adults who stay out late). It gives you a perfect option for several generations of family or several couples.
The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Washer, dryer, and iron on site.

We have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 30 years and have owned a villa for the last 20 years. When we had an opportunity in 2009 to buy a home within Sea Pines, we knew it was the place we wanted to be. We can walk or bike to all of the amenities, and still have our peace and quiet, which makes our vacations perfect!

This home has all of the amenities for a very enjoyable stay. We had 7 female tennis players in a tournament, and had such a grand time. The home has everything one would need. We actually cooked in on 2 evenings, as the kitchen was so well equipped. The decor was quite tasteful, and the home was extremely well kept. The homeowner was very accomodating,. We would certainly recommend this home to anyone.

This well decorated home on the second green at Harbourtown was perfect for our extended family. The house was clean and in A-1 condition. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions, responded very quickly and treated us very well. The guest bedroom provided some separation and worked well for my father. There was plenty of room for my adult children also. The master bedroom is spacious. I enjoyed putting on the green after the golfers were through playing. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week at this house and it was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and newly decorated. This is a new rental and the owners are especially mindful of details and cleanliness. We especially enjoyed the location on the second green of Harbour Town Links. We'd walk to the bakery in Harbour Town every morning for our coffee and muffin and then watch the golf all day off the spacious back deck and through all the glass doors. After the last group came through in the late afternoon, we'd go out on the green and practice our own putting and chipping. The grandchildren loved the deer that came out about this time also. We called the bike shop and they delivered our bikes, which was the favored means of transportation that week. Hilton Head is a bike friendly community with miles and miles of bike routes. The house was as pictured and described. The pool being in the front of the house was a little strange at first but we quickly saw the benefit in this. First, like I said before, it opened up the view of the golf course behind the house, and secondly, the pool is completely fenced in and private. Intimate, late night swims were an added bonus. We noticed that there is a separate building on the other side of the carport that appears to be under construction. It is our understanding from the owners that this will be a studio or guest house with an additional bedroom and bath. Great idea! Again, this was a great house, great location, and great price. Don't miss it! We will be back.
