Cleaning fee is optional, if you elect NOT to clean it there is a $150 charge. If you bring a pet, there is a $90 fee for an exterminator.

Good fishing and diving area. Fast access to Gulf or Ocean, 6 miles from Looe Key Reef, Little Palm Island, for upscale dinning, 5 Star resort. Good sightseeing Key West, Bahia Honda State Park with beautiful sandy beach near by. Very good bird watching from back porch, overlooking salt marsh. Many times 20 to 30 Egrets & Herons, and Ibis there, feeding.
