No need to drive, find parking, or deal with crowds - the decision to relax with a book on the beach, take a refreshing swim, or go for a long stroll towards Sankaty Light is as easy as walking out the door. The house is also a perfect spot for fishermen - you can catch fish right in front of the house or take your four-wheel drive vehicle out to Great Point, one of the premier fishing spots on the East Coast and a spectacular place to watch the sunset.

Rented "Beach Plum" last year for one week and it was the best vacation ever. The house is just as they describe it, right on the beach, plenty of room for 3 couples (could do more but that's all we had) and far enough to be away from the crowds but easy to get to town. We had some great quiet, enjoyed the beach and fished! The house is fully equipped and the owners are great to work with. we are going back out again this year with another trip with the couples and dogs!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
